Nico, I'm in the exact same boat as yourself. No need to send in the actual passport. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but why is this the case? Does anyone know?nicocalgary said:That's awesome Torap! I hope to get that feeling soon too.
I have few questions and see if you can help me with.
1. I need to send in the following items: Right of Permanent Residence Fee, Copy of Passport, 2 passport sized photos, a piece of paper with my height and eye color, a copy of the letter. Correct?
2. Do I need to include a self-addressed envelope?
Note: I am exempted to obtain a visa to visit Canada. Therefore, I don't need to send in my original passport.
Help please! Thanks
I need to hold onto my passport in case I don't get my passport back within 5 weeks.
And then what? Perhaps they just send us paperwork back that we take with us to the border at crossing time?
Can anyone supply input on the whole Detroit office vs. Border Crossing differences.
