Once you have the PR then its easy right? Does it make a difference if you are in Canada or not at that time?

As PR it shouldn't be an LMIA issue.

I am in the initial stage of applying for Express entry. I'm going with different online assessments with so many immigrant attorney's. Some are saying I'm eligible for express entry but some are assessing I'm not eligible. I have checked in "Come to Canada tool" CIC website which was mentioned in the above discussion, it says I am eligible.
Please someone suggest whether I can proceed further or not? TIA.

Writing and speaking you have to look at type of question and essay structure. I can't say about these as I also got low score.

I think i read somewhere than you can have colleagues write you some sort of a testimonial

Yes you need above 400 atleast to get Direct ITA but crs is dropping and not sure how much it can drop
