All documents sealed?

I know that I will have to send a sealed collge trasncript to the immigration visa office. However, is this the only document that must be sent sealed? Do the diploma and police certificates have to be sealed as well? Also, when sending copies of passport biography pages, does it have to be notarized?

It is specified in the instructions what needs to be sealed, notarized etc. Follow the instructions.

Yes, it does only for college transcripts. I was wondering if I have to send a sealed police certificate as well?

In my country there is no sealed transcipt , so how can I manage that?
