Chance is low as this lessens your home ties. But there are people who have got visa with wife and child. If you have property , company, you have to show these for increasing chances.

Yes, he can be your sponsor. The above amount mentioned + some extra.

Its not about account creation date. see what is the application launch date. if it expires delete it then launch new do not crate a new CIC account.

Go to a CA firm and tell them to evaluate the property. They will take 2000-3000 for this.

It is beside App# column. The third column is date creation. If the checklist has been created for 60 days then it will expire. delete the application and start a new checklist.
