hello,
Pre-june applicants eligibility review start at VO during RBVO stage. so, there is always a chace to get rejected at this stage if an applicant fail to score 67 points. once he/she passed the eligibility review he/she will get into "In process" and his/her back ground check will commence.

Thanks for quick reply. What about Post-June26/6-2010 applicants? CIO has calculated points after that forwarded to the visa office for further processing. How much possibility to reject file for insufficient point from VO? At that stage what is the main rule of visa office? I am Post June applicant. Please reply me.

Best regards.

dear dr. Hasib bhai,my e cas status is showing in process but still rbvo in detail.so what do you think...is there any chance of rejection or they have already review my points.

Mr. Jnathan

CIC website suggests that a total of 3,22,623 persons under the old system are waiting in the que as on 31.03.2011. Can you please tell me whether these 3,22,623 persons are principal applicants or inclusive of all their dependents?

CIC will accept old forms till NOV 14th, 2011. However, new forms are applicable from 18th july 2011
there are many applicants who sent their application on or after 17 th july 2011 using old forms which were received by CIO after 18th july. In addition, many applicants are not still aware of this new change. This is why, CIC announced that old forms will be accepted till 14th Nov,2011.
Since you are aware of the latest change, i will suggest you to use the new forms, using new forms will certainly speed up processing .

Dear Hasib bhai, a good piece of information indeed.
wish you all the best.

I am a pre-June 2010 applicant (June 6 to be precise). My status is RBVO for quite some time. Recently I sent SVO an email and they replied that my application is under review, and as usual discouraged me to contact them unless there are some changes in my situation.

Can anyone give me some idea how long will it take to change RBVO to "in process". And how long the SVO is taking to complete a case nowadays?

Thanks,

In Singapore visa office, for application received between November 28, 2008 and June 25, 2010 it take 14 months to complete the process! My question is from when this 14 months are to be counted - the time when the CIO forwarding the initial application to VO or from the time when the full documents are submitted to the VO by the applicant? Could anyone pls answer?

thanks

They always post the statistics counting the # of Principal applicants waiting; not their family members or dependents. There are other applicants such as FSW2, FSW3, Refugee, Family reunification, sponsorship visas etc.

Kartic,

I hope your office has not changed their telephone numbers.

Dear friends,

I have a little problem. It's about my address in the e-cas. I know what you're thinking! No...my address hasn't disappeared! Everything is visible. But there is some anomaly?! My address isn't exactly right. It appears as:

xxxxx
xxxxx
Dhaka
Bangladesh
120 7

Its supposed to be:
1207 (no space)

I think it's a minor address problem. What do you think? (a)Do I need to get it corrected? (b) I am a post june 26 applicant, so who do i contact to get it corrected and can you please provide the address? (c)If I do contact them to correct the address, how long will it take and will my address be changed immediately or will it disappear and then reappear in a few days or weeks? Please share some experience, if any.

Thanks so much for helping me. By the way, congrats to everyone who is getting MR. Seems like the end is near for you people. :)

munnabd,

its not a problem at all.
if you are used to typing, you'd notice that it was a simple space pressed between 0 and 7.

Dear Munnabad
My one is also like this 120 5 . I think this is not a problem.
