thanks Deba for the info but your info differ from another who is saying countdown begins from the day full documents are received by the visa office!

Dear azaman,

You are a pre June applicant and your timeline counts from the day of respective visa office. I am not sure about post june applicants.
At present, SGVO shows 14 months average time and this timeline starts from the day they received full documents.

All address disappeared today.May be a central problem.

NOT ALL addresses disappeared! I've checked with few of my friends who are not member of this forum. Their addresses are still visible. But still it could occur from any glitch, who knows?

Dear forum members
I am currently living outside of my country BANGLADESH. Can anyone please tell me what is the procedure to obtain a PCC from Dhaka.

MY ADDRESS IS DIS APPEARED TODAY WITH RBVO STATUS !!!!!!!!!!!! it was disappeared long ago approx 6/7 months before as well !!!! 8) Any thoughts!!!!

Teaspoon,

I guess you'll have to wait and see. There seems to be a technical problem. Many people's address has disappeared. But many applicants still have the address visible. Or it could be what you are wishing for. Who knows! Wish you all the best.

rafayet,

if you are living abroad and in a country for over one year, you need to collect PCC from that country, else from Bangladesh. if that is not the case, your family members would need to demonstrate that you belonged to the address you provided in the PCC application, your family might need your application to be endorsed by your area councilor/Member of the senate/congress.

Can you please tell us which country you reside in? Maybe there are people in this forum living there who can give more detailed response. Generally, I'd say you should get in touch with Bangladesh Embassy in your host country. I don't think its a good idea to get in touch with Dhaka Metropolitan Police on your own without Embassy help. I have many reasons for thinking so, and I am sure you can imagine them as well. Don't want to mention them here. Try getting in touch with Embassy first. I think it will work. Embassy is there to solve Bangladeshi expatriate problems. Stay in touch.
