CHC Singapore is has surely been following some mysterious procedures for BF'd date which seems tough to decrypt. BF'd was set in 2013 for you but you got your Visa in 2010/2011. some members of this thread also have BF'd in 2013 but who knows they might get their call sooner or later.

Dear Janathan

your time line and mine was same . Probably they asked additional documents from you. But things are same . Brother , I haven't received my visa yet . Its because of baby birth. When I received CAIPS notes , It was seen a next BFD as i mentioned above but now waiting for ppr for my baby. we completed our medical long before . Don't worry for their so called BFD . Hopefully , many of the applicants in waiting receive "faster processing" soon.

may god bless us all

Hi dear Prince.. Did you order your CAIPS??? IS this a good time for me to Order Caips .. Since I'm a April Applicant . I received my 2nd AOR on November now my e-cas is showing " Application Received " and " Decision Made" both . Are there any Bangladeshi April applicants got their BFD date in 2013 ? I Know so many questions but really worried now. I look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Classical_beat,

This is to share with you that exactly same thing happened to one of my friends, who is a University Teacher. After seeing such weird e-cas status, he informed Singapore Office through case specific inquiry and it was fixed immediately.

And yes, surely it is a good time for you to order CAIPS. But please don't worry about the misleading e-cas status.

Take care,

smiling_face :)

Dear,

If any updated information reach to VO then BF'd dated can be altered and file can be opened before the said date. They put your date in 2013 as per their suggested date from the software system at that time ( may be october or later ). Later your baby born and you had many more things to update to VO and hence, your file open before BF'd Date. It's very usual as per definition. But the applicants who sent full docs to Singapore from September 2010, found their BF'd in 2013. Almost all of their status is RBVO or system error In Process or Decision Made. These applicants has nothing to send any update to VO to open their file before BF'd in 2013 unless any miracle in the expected declaration in this June/July.

My post seems to be a disappointing one.

Hi Paulcanada

I failed to mail to you through canadavisa. Can you please mail me directly?
My e-mail address is:
Surashbd@yahoo.com

Sending a Case specific inquiry to the VO and VO change the BF'd seems like a story. consultants might say these type of things to keep the cool among their clients. if this is indeed true, NGE, Rafin and others who has BF'd in 2013 should send a similar mail immediately.

dear princ56k

thank you very much for your update. your post is not a disappointing anyway.

for your information , i received my CAIPS report before my medical request . even i didn't inform of my spouses pregnancy . When we gut medical done , then DMP reported it to the visa office and later we made the VO informed of that .sorry , i missed the information to relate in the previous post and hopefully it is made clear now .

may god bless us all.

"Post june 2010, NDVO applicant got rejected due to the mistakes of his consultant"

Long Story short ....
Its a case of failed ER at the VO ... I had a total of 4.5 yrs exp .. more than 2 yrs as a Restaurant Manager (NOC 0631) and 2 as a Food Service Supervisor(NOC 6212) .. but my consultant wrongly gave the NOC code as 0631 for both my jobs ..

my application was assessed based on 0631 for both my jobs . The Reference letter that I submitted which relates to 6212 was even assessed based on 0631 .. My consultant never cared to put in the correct NOC code of 6212 where I worked as a supervisor, instead he gave the code there as 0631 .... and the application was rejected stating that employment letter do not indicate you performed the actions described in the lead statement for NOC code 0631 (Restaurant and food service managers) for the job i did as a supervisor . I was in fact awarded 17 points for the job that I did as Restaurant manager .

The explanation above is vague .. will post the exact details and wordings of the rejection letter tomorrow..

Would u please mention the name of the consulting firm? Is it in Bangladesh?

NDVO = New Delhi Visa officer/office

Come on guys !

Hasib,

Real consultants do more than a lonely applicant can do.
CSIC and experienced veteran consultants place the files in such a way that they wouldnt be rejected. Still, Players like Lionel Messi/David Villa miss out some goals. immigration is a game !

Hello All,

This is an important information for you that the processing time has increased from 12 to 14 months (Singapore VO) . Hope for the best.

Good post indeed! Thanks much for updating us. It seems that CIC has formally declared the DELAY in their processing time. :(

Preparation is really key to having a non-problematic smooth sailing processing. I'm a FSW38 applicant and almost made the mistake of hiring an agent. I launched the application on my own and now waiting for my PP for visa stamping. The process indeed is taking longer considering that the post june 26 became the priority leaving the others to slow down. Anyway, this resource site on Migrating to Canada provides good information not only on the application but on Canada in general.

CHC Singapore Applications received # was 66 and 14 only? That is ridiculous.
They have received thousands of complete applications, this data could be how many applications they are going to approve or what ?? Practically they cant take yearssssss to finalize 66 and 14 applications.

Jnathan, 66 months and 14 months ( Not number of files ) respectively in 80% cases. Correct me if i am wrong.
By the way, this is historical data. Some of the VOs already have more processing months. So, its not far away when we will see processing time of pre June , 10 (2008- June, 2010) applicant by the Sng VO is nearly 24 months.
