Dear all
I am confused about the instructions issued by the CHC Singapore .As you know , the sent a letter regarding how to include a new born in the application for permanent residence in Canada. especially, they didn't mention from which bank i must make a bank draft for receiver general of Canada . But after sending a notification of my new born, they reply in e- mail that
"a) a processing fee in the form of a bank draft for C$150, payable to "Receiver General for Canada"
FOR BANGLADESH: the only acceptable bank draft from Bangladesh is one drawn on the Standard Chartered Bank. Please ensure that the bank does not forward your bank draft to the Visa Section. If your application is received at this office without the correct processing fee attached, it will be returned to you."
At this point , I am really worried about the bank draft as I do not have any bank account with standard chartered bank and today I contacted SCB and they denied a FDD without a bank account in SCB . Dear experienced , do you have any additional options for me? please share any idea of I choose any other bank except SCB.Can I make an FDD drawn on the bank of nova scotia, canada?
your ideas are appreciated !
