Hi fellow friends,

I really need to have your expertise advice on a very critical circumstances here.

Pls note that one has completed Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.He is having having 5 years work experience in total, however he only has done his job in the electrical engineering field for the first year of his career, later on he joined his cousins company and have been working there for about 4 years till now.

In this situation, under which NOC can he apply for federal express entry system of migration ?

Is there any requirements of any similar job titles as the merchandisers in Canada ? Or he should plan to show his one year engineering work experience and apply to the express entry system ? Is it mandatory to have job relevancy with the line of education completed too ?

He is now working as a Merchandiser at his cousins company, is there any job relevancy into the current Canadian NOC's that is relevant to the job descriptions of the usual Merchandiser job in Bangladesh ?

Also do you think is it mandatory to have job relevancy with the education completed ?

My date of birth is January 01, 1983 (Age=34 Years) & I was awarded my graduation degree (Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering) from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) in the year 2008 (Job Experience=8 Years). I achieved IELTS overall band score 6.5 (Listening-6.5, Reading-6.5, Writing-6.5 & Speaking-6.0) & the exam was held on 25 March 2017. WES Educational Credential Assessment status shows “Evaluation in Progress”.

1. How long it will take time to get an online ECA report & can I submit my Express Entry profile with it?
2. Am I eligible if my spouse educational level is HSC & has no IELTS?
3. Is there any necessity to have an ECA for my spouse’s HSC certificate?
4. Right now my CRS point is 301 & I understand that it is too low to get an invitation. If I apply for Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program (Occupation On-Demand Stream), what is the probability to get a nomination from the provincial government?

I suggest you better do some more research on your own.
1st you may make a list of tasks/duties someone working in the merchandising department of a apparel manufacturing company has, after discussing with him. Be careful about the professional jargon.

Then go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp#find and search with your desired profession. visit the results one by one and match with the list you made.
