Good Idea !

We can share ideas / info resources.

Have you guys attended CIIP sessions?

I haven't and I am not familiar with CIIP session and how it will be conducted and the benefit of this session.
In addition, I also receive a link in PPR request letter in which I have checked and already have an overview about what should be done before and after entering in Toronto.

Thanks

Almost same here...Booked ticket in Emirates on 28 April. InshAllah will land in Toronto.
Have registered for CIIP session on coming Feb 07,2017.

Those who plan to land in coming days, we could share our thoughts/views.. etc... or could initiate topic wise discussion...

In order to carry fund, we have options for taking Cash/securities in bearer form (for example, stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills)/bankers’ drafts, cheques, travellers’ cheques or money orders.

My question to the experienced seniors- which is the best form for carrying funds ? like, it can be assumed-Bank draft takes long time to encash, large sum of cash is somwhat difficult to carry, taking CAD or USD, etc..

Recently some banks are offering 'Travel Card'- i.e prepaid plastic money which can also be endorsed in Passport. Would that be a convinient alternative? any suggestion/idea?

Dear All

People who are already registered for CIIP session, could you please share the way regarding where and how to register for this session? What are the benefits we may get from this session? etc......

Also, people who are already completed the CIIP session, please share your experiences.

Thanks

Thanks

Bhai, the link is in your Passport Request Letter, www.newcomersuccess.ca
and register at this link : https://2register.planningforcanada.ca/register/index.php
you will need your PPR mail (.pdf copy) to register.

After registration, a mail will ask your confirmation for booking the CIIP. Once confirmed, they will send you the schedule of next CIIP session.
