Dear all,
we submitted PP on 5 May'16.

Yesterday evening I received an email from visaapplicationalert@vfshelpline.com as "Your Decision received in Canada Visa Application center, Dhaka on 09/06/2016 from Canadian High commission,Singapore". Also Online info has asked me to collect passports from VFS dhaka and these ready to deliver". But yesterday night I received another email stating "We would like to inform you that your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 09 Jun 2016 to the Canada Visa Application Centre". This is different statement. I tried to email to VFS Bangladesh but unable to deliver the email since inbox of respective email is full.

Available Contact Numbers of VFS dhaka:
Helpline number:
+88 09666 911 380 (For Mobile Users Only), +88 09606 777 888 but these are unreachable from Mobile or land phone since these are different internet numbers

Any one please let me know the Mobile or land phone numbers of VFS Dhaka office and suggest on the above situation.

What online status showing is correct. You received different message in different times as email server and sms server are different. Just go to VFS Dhaka on Sunday and collect your passport.

I haven't receive any SMS but received 2 emails one from visaapplicationalert@vfshelpline.com which has asked to collect PP and 2nd one in late night of same day is from ​donotreply@vfshelpline.com which has stated tha PP has been dispatched from SVO on 9 jun'16.

What online status showing is correct. You received different message in different times as email server and sms server are different. Just go to VFS Dhaka on Sunday and collect your passport.

By the grace of Allah, got PPR yesterday in MyCIC (yet to receive email communication from SGVO).
ECAS updated to 7th line today and showing "Decision Made".

Dear brother I check MyCIC account and find ''review of submitted documents'' section is blank though my RPRF, PCC, PP bio copy were received by Singapore office on 6th June which was sent by FedEx. As far as I can understand the status should be ''we have received the document'' by this time. Then what does it mean? Have they not received my documents?
Plz let us know when did you submit your RPRF, PCC, PP bio copy and how did you submit it.

Normal scenario. Dont worry. You will get the PPR within 2 days.

1. Get two copies of photos (as per new spec and instructions) ready for you and your accompanying family members
2. Make cipies of your PPs
3. And get BDT 2512+56 ready to submit to VFS.

You don't have to take your kids to VFS and can choose not to take your spouse with you, provided that you are taking an Authorization letter from your spouse that you are submitting her pp on her behalf.

1. What's the picture size according new spec? Just want to know as I yet to receive ppr mail.
2. For pp photocopy, only bio page photocopy or whole passport?
3. 2512+56 bdt? Per porson or in total?
And finally how to submit vfs??
