why cic ask for copy of passport bio page for me and my spouse ? Is it, as usual process?

No need to Notarization unless asked specifically.

So far I have sent only Notarized copy of Birth Certificate.

I have received MR, PCC & RPRF for my family (3 members) on May 16. Haven't done the medtest yet.. We are expecting a new baby due on June 5/6 according to the physician. Who else has the experience of adding a baby after getting MR/RPRF ? Can you please share your story? What will be the steps?

You have several options. But thing first, have you notified VO about the pregnancy? If not you should.

Option 1: Do the medical (full). They give protective shield for pregnant women while doing X-Ray. And follow VO directions. In this option you might have to spend some more money (visa reprint fee, vfs fee etc)

Option 2: Raise a CSE and ask to differ your medical and ask how you can include your to be newborn.

I faced similar challenge and took option 1. Alhamdulillah now we've started the process to include our new born in the application.

My suggestion is Option 2 (from my own experience)

There may several other options.

It depends on the stage of your application. In most of the cases the email asking for documents contains all directions.

Which one is best for sending the doc- VFS or DHL? Will I send the doc to mailing address which contains p.o. box num
Or through email?

What is asked in the email sent from VO for sending the required documents? In my cases I had found clear instructions regarding modality.

From my experience VFS is used to send PP & COPR Copy only.

I will send the original copy of bank draft(RPRF), PCC and background declaration form through DHL. If i send through DHL then below address is correct? should i send an email too?

I got mr pcc and rprf mail on 25/05/2016 but there was a line (Please follow the instructions sent to you in a separate e-mail message.) in the mail in red letter. but I didn't get any second mail. the second latter should contain forms for MR. I got the needed mr forms from mycic website. now the question is should I go ahed with mr and rprf or should I wait. I allredy email them asking for second mail. And what about you guys. did you get the mail on same day? thanks in advannce.

If the medical docs are in Mycic, then you have received the email as well. Please search your email with your application number. The MR email comes from a different email address

By the way, MR docs from My CIC should be fine to complete your medical
