Miracle Story of Success and Allah’s Kindness!!!
2 Years, 2 Decision Made for 2 of us (me and my spouse)

Let me share my story which was nothing less than a miracle. I applied on June 2014 as FSW, NOC-2171 and thankfully applied by myself with whatever knowledge I gathered from CIC website. Later, I found this forum which is really amazing and helpful.

My Timeline is as follows:

IELTS: 17-May-2014
Application: 18-Jun-2014
PER: 17-Oct-2014
AOR: 27-Nov-2014
PF regarding employment: 21-Jan-2015
Docs Sent: 15-Feb-2015
2nd Line: 26-Aug-2015
Rejected: 15-Sep-2015
:(

The story could end here. But, I was not going to leave it as I have submitted all the genuine papers. So, soon after rejection, I applied for GCMS Note and received it on 21-Oct-2015. Based on the GCMS notes, I found that they doubted my employment as I had simultaneous employment and education (one part-time and one full-time and MBA). In spite of sending all genuine docs, they rejected my application only because why I didn’t explained those issues.

Sent an email letter and CSE to SGVO: 25-Oct-2015

After understanding the real reasons for rejection, I wrote a long page letter to SGVO where I addressed all rejection issues and explained them in details and requested them to reopen my file for another assessment. Although, I know after rejection there is less likelihood that they will take the letter seriously. But as I had nothing to lose so, I gave it a try.

File Reopened by SGVO: 26-Nov-2015
Thankfully they took my letter seriously and reopened my file and sent me an email that they will review my file again. I couldn’t believe it. Allah is so kind.

Site Visit: 10-Feb-2016
Two persons from CHC, Dhaka came to my office and talked with HR and also with me. They seemed to be satisfied after and told me that I will get a response by 2 months’ time.

Medical, RPRF and PCC Request: 09-Mar-2016
Medical, RPRF and PCC Sent: 03-Apr-2016
Passport Request: 19-Apr-2016
Passport Submitted to VFS: 20-Apr-2016
Passport Received by SGVO: 25-Apr-2016
Visa Issued: 28-Apr-2016
Passport Sent by SGVO: 17-May-2016
Passport Received from VFS: 19-May-2016
:)

Finally, all the struggles, hard work accompanied by prayers to Almighty finally paid off. Allah is really great. I appreciate all of you for sharing your experience in this forum. If my experience can benefit someone here I will really be grateful. Good luck to all of you.

Vai, I think this not a miracle only. This is the result of your confidence and dedication. Hats off boss. I am inspired. I will remember your success story to tell others.

Dear Experts,
I am working in Accenture (former GP IT) as Software Engineer. I got MR on 17th May. If next steps goes fine for me......then I will move starting of next year inshallah. But I am confused about which state should I plan to go? Which state is best for IT jobs and related study?

My core competencies are: C#, Dot net windows and web application, Data Processing, SQL/PL-SQL, SSIS, SSRS
I have 3.5 yrs experience in same domain.

I am thinking of doing some certification. Please suggest which certification will help me to get job?
One last question, how much money should I take for my spouse and me for initial support?

Thanks in advance.

Rumel bhai, thanks. I have some queries. As it was mentioned in my email that I can send my documents through mail or e-mail.If I go for Credit card then what would be the evidence of payment? After receiving payment record should I send the printed payment record along with original PCC through their mailing address or email address or both. Will I send the notarized passport bio copy of mine & my spouse with this bundle? Vi help me out in this issue.

You can send email the PP copy, RPRF receipt which you would get via email after payment. Only send the PCC and a cover letter mentioning that you have sent all other docs via email.

You can do MCP, MCPD but really not necessary if you are a good programmer and have good knowledge on .net application development.

You should come with as much as you can(at least 3-4 months. per month 130k BDT). But try not to take any loan in BD for which you have to think to repay from Canada. It will make you frustrated if you would not get job within 3-4 months.

A quick question:

I found a permanent resident application form. I will be landing with my family for first time in sha allah in June. Do I need to fill up the form beforehand? Or will the Immigration Officer help me fill out the forms there?

Anyone who has recently landed, please share experience. especially RUMEL Bhai: Any suggestion?!

Regards,

Good day.

Please I recieved ppr and subsequently sent my passport and my spouse own. However my spouse subsequently needed to travel to apply for an Australian visa and I told her not to pending the outcome of the visa office. She subsequently went ahead to get a new passport without my knowledge as such the initial passport sent is invalid. We are trying to sort this out and please I need advice on what's steps to take and possible outcomes.
Which could be
1. I am granted the visa while hers is denied?
2. We are both denied which could be that
A) we are asked to submit passports
B)we are denied the whioe application process (I really hope not)
3) both passports are stamped in which case her passport is invalid since she had earlier declared it missing to get another one

Do we now
1) send a mail explaining our folly due to some marital misunderstanding and send the new
passport Or
2) we wait until we get a reply from the visa office before we inform them

Please I would be grateful for responses as to possible outcomes and solutions

Thanks

No worries. Just do the ME first and send the ME receipt and mention that you are waiting for RPRF request.
