Got AOR at the very same day of 2015, since then noting heard from CIC and Singapore visa office. Its a long waited time. Those who got MR, PPR and visa stamped from other VO, a big congratulations. Hopefully one day we will also ride this boat.

Hi All!

As far as I know express entry or PNP application will not allow me to consider my mother for PR. I have no relative here to left my mother with in Bangladesh. In this case can anyone suggest me any way forward. Or can you share how you solve the same kind problem and took your mother along with you in Canada?

This is the most burning issue for me to apply for Canada! Pls Help!

YOUR CONCERN REGARDING THE ISSUE IS VERY MUCH APPRECIABLE.
BUT USE OF THE WORD 'VICTIM' IS NOT APPROPRIATE.
FINDING OUT THE MEDICAL CONCERN IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VISA OFFICES.
WE SHOULD NOT BLAME THEM FOR DOING THEIR DUTIES

I don't know why you faced that problem? I always travel with Emirates and do not face any difficulty to get to the hotel with BD passport. To get hotel accommodation you must have hotel voucher with your tickets. Otherwise they wont let you.

I think you don't have any idea about middle eastern *ba...ds (censored),sorry to use this word, they behave like Bangladeshis are slave, recently they stopped all kinds of visa including transit/Emirates voucher for Bangladeshi nationals, one of the reason is our back-boneless foreign policy by our existing government whereas Emirates operating 3 flights per day, Etihad, Flydubai, Rotana Jet also operating & still putting pressure to the government to increase their number of flights. As a counter action we should take immediate action to ban these airlines otherwise they won't stop taking our foreign currency! However, now a days I don't think Emirates is a good airline, their service is poorest I guess. I've been to New York last January with Emirates & also I'm a frequent flyer of Emirates, last time I've decided I won't fly anymore with Emirates. Their in-flight service including food,behavior are poorest. To let Mr. takhan know that Emirates/Etihad doing monopoly business with their immigration authority, if you fly with then they'll arrange visa otherwise it is very difficult to get visa, such a country immigration authority doing business with airlines, shame! And without consent of the immigration authority Emirates do not issue hotel vouchers. So I would request you all NOT to fly with any airlines of U.A.E. and boycott them. Regards

Who can response to your such an illogical question! you are saying, no relative in Bangladesh to take care of your mother, so are you asking abour old ages home indirectly!!! sorry, you should think before you apply for PR in Canada, nobody will suggest you to leave her alone in old ages home

I applied for Canadian Immigration under FSW 2014 and my application has just been rejected due to VC. My rejection letter indicates that I should have not contracted the unauthorized agent and use of their service has certainly cast some doubt on the strength of my application. Even the Visa officer was of the opinion that I might have fabricated my employment reference with help from my agent. It was so sad to read that I might have fabricated by employment reference!
I am aware of the fact that numerous recent candidates who applied taking help from the same agent is facing rejections. Is there a way I can knoe the names of other candidates who are also rejected due to VC. We might unite and take some actions.

Before sending refusal letter, did the vo give you any chance to explain?

Usually that takes the form of an email sent to the applicant/agent.

If your agent received such notice to explain but remained silent about it, there's nothing you can do now. And if your case was refused without any chance to explain, you may file an appeal by consulting an authorized immigration lawyer.

Don't keep your hopes high though, because using VC formatting in job reference letters is enough ground of fabrication already.

You can try to get travel visa for your mother once you get pr visa. And after you become permanent resident, you can apply for super visa for her with two year validity.
