Hello Everyone
I have recently recieved a doc request from CIC and my deadline of sending doc is coming to an end in 2 days. But unfortunately i havnt got my police clerance yet and its taking time for unknown reason, but got my wife PC.What i supposed to do now?should i send the rest of the doc now and wait for the PC and send later. Please advice ..
Really tensed about it .
If i send the rest of the doc except PC , what will be the explanation for that ??

Can you tell me generally how long the PR visa remains valid? I mean is it 1 year since medical or it does really depends on Visa office.

Its one year from the date of Medical report upload. Its a rule and not depneds on VO

Send all docs asap except PCC of you and your spouce and give a forwarding letter with mentioning the cause of delay and also mention the tentative date when you can send it. No problem at all.

I'm intending to complete my undergraduate degree in Canada. My grades are -
SSC - 4.88
HSC - 4.80
IELTS - 7.5 (L-8.5 R-8.5 S-7.0 W-6.5)

Between University of Ottawa and Carleton University, which one would be better for me? I mean where do I have greater chances of acceptance? Please dear senior brothers/sisters, share your valuable opinion. If you think any university would be better for me than these two, let me know. TIA

(I have already submitted my application for Concordia University and I'll apply for University of Windsor tomorrow.)

Though its not the right place to ask, i am answering your question. If you manage the fund from any of the above universities then go ahead with this. If you are unable to manage fund then select the one which have good ranking in Canada as well as in the world according to your choosen subject. Check lab and research work of those universities of your choosen field. Then take the decision.

What documents are required to complete landing formalities for permanent residence visa?

Based on landing in Canada forum discussion, I need to submit following information to am immigration officer.

1. An address where I will stay in Canada
2. Proof of minimum fund and fill up a declaration form if cash amount >10000 CAD
3. COPR CIC copy
4. Passport
5. Form B4 (not required as no goods will arrive later time)

Please suggest if I miss any point

So far I can recall few applicants, I guess 2/3, reported in this forum were rejected and banned for 5 years for unauthorized agent. But good news is, few also reported that they got MR after giving PF response properly and by apologizing for using UA agents. So, I think, it varies from VO to VO and obviously, your luck... To know about these details you have go back to some older posts...

Extensive site visit started from last week both in Dhaka and Chittagong. Found authentic news of 03 site visits last three days from my narrow connections (May, June and Sept applicants). But the quantity must be more than 10/20 I believe.

Guys, be alert and talk to your supervisor well in advance and get ready. Specially those who are waiting for updates from many days must get site visit soon.
