First of all,Rajesh80 said:Dear rumal vai, I have a question regarding Applicant's Medical exam to you. Please help and suggest my friend as you best. Here one of the friend already answer my queries, but i need your opinion also as i have seen you are skilled and helpful in this forum. please read the following section:
One of my friend has done her medical exam and she is the main applicant. She had a Tumor (non malignant) surgery 16 years ago in her upper abdomen in stomach. And after that operation to till now She is fully ok. Now she doesn't take any medical treatment or any medicine regarding this matter. In her medical examination, requested by CIC, she told to the nurse about her operation (which occurred in last 16 years ago) when the nurse asked her about the pre-surgery history. When she met the doctor he asked her "is there any physical problem she has now? She replied no. Doctor hasn't ask anything her regarding the operation."
And she also not mention her surgical history in her any form by CIC. Because she informed me that, CIC has concern only the medical history of last 5 years. Also when she applied first, this issues has past more than 10 years. In this situation, is there any problem in future like health card or any other things related to the health matter in Canada? Any Suggestion.....???? Her ecase status shows "Medical results have been received".
- "Medical results have been received" means her medical result has been passed. So, its a good news.
- If there is any complexity found then physician must inform to the applicant before uploading the Medical report for further test.
- Normally its physician's responsibility to find out the problem of health of an applicant as its one kind of investigation. Its better not to share the complexity of health or previous history.
Now about Health Card:
- For health card, they dont check anything except your Passport copy and COPR.
- If any applicant passed in the Medical assessment then there is no doubt about the physical fitness.
- If applicant successfully land in Canada then its Canadian Govt responsibility to take care for the immigrant.
Because of the Candidate has passed in all the assessment of the Case officer and physician and got the Visa, then no need to worry at all.
