Congrats.. Wish you best of luck in future Canadian life :)

Hello Everybody,

Salam. I am a Bangladeshi citizen currently living in Beijing. I applied under MPNP program in 2014 and got nomination in August 2015. I have received MR on 13th of last month and have done Medical yesterday. My VO is HK. I am writing in this thread to share a medical condition which doctor find in my chest x-ray. The doctor identified it as a slight pulmonary tissue change. I asked the doctor what does it mean. She said it is nothing serious but a cause of probably cigarette smoking and age. She said according to our observation and x-ray report this does not need any medical attention. However, we can't say anything about the decision of panel physician of CIC. You have to wait to see their comments. I just want know if anybody have similar kind of x-ray result or under what condition CIC may reject or ask me to do the test again. Experts comments are highly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai

Normally, VO dont reject any application due to Medical assessment fail. They would give time to recover if any contagious diseases(TB, HIV mostly) reported in Applicant's Medical exam. After the time frame of the local physician, Medical Exam will be retaken.

If any disease which costs the Canadian Govt. budget for the treatment which called Excessive demand then VO reject the application.
As your physician told that its normal then dont worry at all. If "Medical result has been received" line added in your ECAS then dont worry. It takes time to get PPR nowadays.

Any sign of MR for November '14 applicants?

Hi all,
Planning to travel to CA during the third week of March.

Anyone else planning to travel during that time? Happy to get in touch with you.

Those who already made the journey, can you suggest a travel agent/s to buy Air tickets from?

Can anyone share their first hand experience to travel to CA?
What sort of questions you get asked at the immigration?
Is there any liabilities to take specific amount of money (CAD)?

Thanks in advance,

Almost 90% of our forum mates, been to Canada, got tickets through IOM. Browse net for IOM dhaka office and call Mr. Jahangir. But they will talk after you have your visa issued. They ask for the visa page and travel plan mailed to them. Price is usually 25-30% less from current market price. They give subsidy, and only on Emirates and Turkish, till Toronto oneway.
IOM Address: House # 13A, Road # 136 Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh
Telephone 9887978, 9887980, 9889765, Fax 8817701, http://www.iom.org.bd, Email: mail @ iom.org.bd

All the best. hhshumon.................................. :D

Dear all, I have a question regarding Applicant's Medical exam to you. Please help and suggest my friend as you best.

One of my friend has done her medical exam and she is the main applicant. She had a Tumor (non malignant) surgery 16 years ago in her upper abdomen in stomach. And after that operation to till now She is fully ok. Now she doesn't take any medical treatment or any medicine regarding this matter.

In her medical examination, requested by CIC, she told to the nurse about her operation (which occurred in last 16 years ago) when the nurse asked her about the pre-surgery history. When she met the doctor he asked her "is there any physical problem she has now? She replied no. Doctor hasn't ask anything her regarding the operation."

And she also not mention her surgical history in her any form by CIC. Because she informed me that, CIC has concern only the medical history of last 5 years. Also when she applied first, this issues has past more than 10 years.

In this situation, is there any problem in future like health card or any other things related to the health matter in Canada? Any Suggestion.....????

Her ecase status shows "Medical results have been received".

Cheers

There will be no problem in Canada. Just advise her to drop the meaningless tension as she has successfully passed the immigration medical stage and urge her to make baggage ready to fly.

BTW she applied on which month? You applied which month?

Thanks a lot, Bright.Angel. I will inform your advice to my friend. She is a QSW applicant from 2011. I am new in this forum and I am also interested and inspired by my friend for QSW. So I will apply for QSW in recent schedule.

Cheers

Dear rumal vai, I have a question regarding Applicant's Medical exam to you. Please help and suggest my friend as you best. Here one of the friend already answer my queries, but i need your opinion also as i have seen you are skilled and helpful in this forum. please read the following section:

First of all,
- "Medical results have been received" means her medical result has been passed. So, its a good news.
- If there is any complexity found then physician must inform to the applicant before uploading the Medical report for further test.
- Normally its physician's responsibility to find out the problem of health of an applicant as its one kind of investigation. Its better not to share the complexity of health or previous history.

Now about Health Card:
- For health card, they dont check anything except your Passport copy and COPR.
- If any applicant passed in the Medical assessment then there is no doubt about the physical fitness.
- If applicant successfully land in Canada then its Canadian Govt responsibility to take care for the immigrant.
Because of the Candidate has passed in all the assessment of the Case officer and physician and got the Visa, then no need to worry at all.

Dear Rumel bhai,

I have a also discussed my own case in this thread just two days ago. I did my medical at SOS international clinic in Beijing, China. The doctor found slight pulmonary tissue change in the X-ray report. I talked with Doctor and she informed me its nothing seroius and did not ask me for further test. They have uploaded the report and x-ray film on that day. However she informed me that from our side its okay, but now it fully depends on CIC panel physician. It has been 4 days since I completed my medical exam. How many days later I may receive information (either in the E-cas or mail) whether I am passed or not.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai
