What does it mean by Paper File Location? I have seen few people talking about file location.

Paper file location tells you who is working on your file. Look at the "assigned to" line. There is a short code for the case officer who's working on your file.

What additional docs were requested from you earlier?

They asked docs on my immigration history which I supplied them in March 2015. If you see the below image you will see its assigned to RC-6262. Do you think it is being really reviewed or dumped somewhere? If being reviewed, then taking this long is normal?

DearB falam,
As per last GCMS, It mentioned that file was updated with Med Report, requested docs and received landing fees. it mentioned nothing new issue. Security and background was untouched since beginning.

I applied myself as like dozens of known person as well as professional of same category.

8-9 month back, I got a response on placed CSI where SGVO mentioned that my file was under security check. but how long....After med it's 1.5 years and total 5 years now!

Have you posted this query in any other Thread ?

From my limited knowledge, I suggest you to consult with a professional. e.g Immigration Lawyer.

I saw in another thread, someone recommended to contact David Cohen (I'm not sure how to contact him)

Place a query in http://www.canadavisa.com/ or call their call center.

You may also try changing something in your current application.

Something like present address or your job (if you have changed your job recently).

Bhai, Where is your file now?. SGVO or MVO. I saw one my friend's gcms and also seen his file is assigned to RC-6262. But his file is transferred to MVO from SGVO.

Who will join the March CIIP session in Dhaka ?

Hello falam,

Glad to see your progress. I am also a Bangladeshi applicant under MPNP program. I have received Medical request from HK Visa office on 13.01.2016. Currently I am living in Beijing for a research program and my family is living in Dhaka. I want to know from you which doctor is the best for medical exam for my family. Could you kindly provide me some information and how much is the fee (1 adult and two children). If possible, may I have your email and telephone number in Bangladesh.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai

Uttara11

Pls raise 1 more CSE. My mind says you must get a reply from sgvo this time within 48 hours.

No one can help in the current state. Its just loss of money and wrong decision. Please wait and request a GCMS note by this week. After getting this raise a CSE again.

Your file is in MVO if there is no exception. You can raise a CSE and ask them where is your file and what is the status.
