They asked docs on my immigration history which I supplied them in March 2015. If you see the below image you will see its assigned to RC-6262. Do you think it is being really reviewed or dumped somewhere? If being reviewed, then taking this long is normal?

Bhai, Where is your file now?. SGVO or MVO. I saw one my friend's gcms and also seen his file is assigned to RC-6262. But his file is transferred to MVO from SGVO.

Your file is in MVO if there is no exception. You can raise a CSE and ask them where is your file and what is the status.

As per last CSE this month, my friend got reply from MVO and as per last gcms which he got at December the file is assigned to RC 6262.

But zizaheer bhai informing he got CSE reply from SGVO last October and assigned to same officer.

So is there any possibility to transfer the file again from MVO to SGVO for further reviewing.....if it is then i think we should stop seeing our dream in next 1 year..

If you see your file is at HW00103 desk then you are in risk. Mr. HW00103 is a subordinate of Mr. Thomas Richter.

MVO can not return SGVO for any review. Just just follow the SGVO's order. After the completion of Review, MVO send the review report to SGVO to stamp your Visa. So, wait with patience. Dont think negatively. Keep faith on Allah. HE is the best planner for all of us.

Isti84 bhai mentioned that User ID "RC-6262" exist in MVO. If incase my file is in SGVO then it is assigned to same User ID RC-6262 as per my GCMS. Now, let me tell you why they ask for PF on my immigration history. They found me as a Refugee Claimant whereas I have never been to Canada in my entire life. I assume, they found my name in their refugee database and sent my file under review without properly verified. Do you think reviewing my case will take too long.? Already 1.5 months gone after due date. Please provide your judgment.

If RC-6262 exist in MVO then your file in MVO. If RC-6262 exist in SGVO then your file in SGVO. There is no doubt. May some information is missing or mess up of Isti vai.

BTW, they just want to verify that they found the wrong person in Refugee DB. Thats why they ask the immigration history. If you share the PF letter, it would be better for me to comment.

Just wait for their response. Hopefully within two months they will contact.

The main text was this- "Specifically, I have concerns that you misrepresented information regarding you immigration history." Then without knowing what went wrong, I gave them all Passports copy and travel histories with their purposes. Note, I have travels in few countries for education and job purposes. After sending Docs I request for GCMS a month later and discovered that they found me as refugee claimant which was mentioned in latest GCMS notes because of what they send PF.

You can apply without Job offer if

1. You have good score in CRS (Comprehansive Racking System) like more than 450 out of 600 points
or
2. You can apply for Provincial Nomination Program(PNP). Once any province give you the nomination then you will get 600 points and will get ITA(Invitation to Apply).

Try to get help from Canadian relatives or Friends. It will cost only 5 CAD.
