Another vc pf holder got 5 years ban. Wow...........can't express my feeling now. Only for vc so many innocent people are now cursed. Allah in reply of those people's suffering you punish those liar and fraud business man. And Save other people from their hand to be cheated again and again.

Dear Brothers,

Today I have received PF relating to my employment reference letters. They letter contains bellow informations:

I have noted too many similarities in text and format in these documents ostensibly provided by two different and distinct entities and at different times to be coincidental. Thus I cannot accord these any weight as evidence of your employment experience.

I have provide my letters signed by my company DMD and ED and have submitted my Employment reference letter, promotion letter, appointment letters along with my and their visiting cards. Still they are not convinced with it.

It is to state that I haven't applied through any unauthorized agents in this regard.

So now brother please advice how to proceed.

equivalent'। আমি নিজে GBP/EURO এন্ডোরস করেছি। available থাকলে Indian rupee ও endorse করা যাবে যদি গ্রাহক চায়। আর বাংলাতে যে information টা দিয়েছেন সেখানেও তো 'বার্ষিক ১২,০০০ মার্কিন ডলার বা সমমূল্যের বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা' clearly লিখা আছে। so where is the confusion?

Brac Bank is absolutely right. বেশীরভাগ FEX অফিসারেরা circular না পড়েই decision দিয়ে দেয়। That particular Brac Bank officer has gone through circulars for sure.

and quota will be full for one way ticket for immigrants and the half quota is only for kids under 12.

কেউ যদি এর অন্যথা দেখেন তাহলে challenge করেন/ লাগলে আমার কাছ থেকে circular নিয়েন।

Please refer to above link, Chapter 12, Page 100, Paragraph (ii)

"For resident Bangladesh nationals proceeding abroad against one way ticket for valid job or migrating abroad, the release of foreign exchange shall not exceed the half of the un-used balance of the annual travel entitlement of the person concerned in the calendar year."

We are resident Bangladeshi, so we fall in this category. Here our un-sued balance of the annual travel entitlement is USD 7,000 (for non SAARC countries). So, foreign exchange will be released half of it, i.e. USD 3,500.

Am I right? Dear experts, please discuss.

HOW TO KNOW UR FILES HAVE MOVED TO MVO OR OTHER VISA OFFICES:

I observed many people in the forum specially who didn't get MR yet are confused at where their files. Is it in SGVO or MVO?

I have experienced the same and explored my file location. Now I want to share it with u. Just raise a CSE to SGVO about your file status and if it already moved to MVO then you will get a notification from MVO (not SGVO) that the file has moved and they are reviewing it.

It's just this simple! try it and get reply within a week!

How do u know that they are not convinced with your PF reply ? ? ? Did u get any ban or refusal yet ?

I cud not understand about your doc similarity. They compared with what? How many company experience u showed?

Some people are too fool to raise a simple CSE. They are afraid whether VO officer may get irritated and kick back on applicant !

Totally wrong conpcept. It is their duty to respond you

Yes, I know that!!! But nothing to do now, so many applicants like me don't get anything after aor. Only few got pf, they really got some issues to get pf. But if tom rtr don't get any issues in some application to give pf what will happen then?? If got pf then ban or rejection. If not then ????? :'( :'( :'( ??? ???

I have just got the PF yesterday. I haven't replied yet as currently I am arranging documents to reply.

In the PF they stated:

I have noted too many similarities in text and format in these documents ostensibly provided by two different and distinct entities and at different times to be coincidental

Actually I think the problem occurred as I have submitted 4 Letters. Amongst the letter the first two was appointment letters. The first letter was of my first joining before I went for higher studies and second appointment letter after I came back from my study. These were given in the letter head pad of a Factory of Hammem Group.

And then I have been transferred to Hameem group head office where I am still working. From here I took the promotion letter and My job reference letter in the pad of Hameem group.

So as two letters in the pad of Hammem group and two letters from a factory of Hameem group is being submitted it may have created the confusion. As they are thinking I have collected the letters from two different and distinct entities. But the matter of fact is that as all the letters are issued from the Headoffice the format is same.


Please advice if this make sence to you brother.
