Its not a serious case. Just try to give the below docs.
Take the endorsement from HR dept. that all are genuine and the format is provided with consent from HR dept.
1. You have to have explanation from IT dept. or management why the website is not working or If they change the name or domain.
2. Endorsement from HR Manager that all docs are genuine and provided with consent from HR dept.
3. Endorsement from Managing Director that you are valuable employee and you informed about you application earlier.
4. Try to give the Bank statement if the salary is paid through bank A/C. Mapping it with Payslips so that they realize the authenticity.
5. Must give the Visiting Card and ID copy of the document signatory. (Managing Director, HR, Yours)
Other supporting docs such as new JD, employment letter, new increment letter, promotional letter (if you got promoted in this year).
