So many July applicants still waiting. As you know almost 90% files has been transferred to Manila VO. MVO already given updates to many July and August applicants. You should get update by this month. In parallel, request a GCMS note asap so that you can find the reason.

You can file a case. But things gonna be against you. Just see the terms and conditions. You will find what you signed on. They must mention it in their agreement where you signed. You cant do anything. However, they must have the links with Govt high officials otherwise this organization couldn't be survived or still couldn't do their advertisement for Express Entry or PNP program.

If you more 10 people complaint against them and give a news paper or web or social media then it would be effective. Single person cant do anything against them.

Its not a serious case. Just try to give the below docs.

Take the endorsement from HR dept. that all are genuine and the format is provided with consent from HR dept.

1. You have to have explanation from IT dept. or management why the website is not working or If they change the name or domain.
2. Endorsement from HR Manager that all docs are genuine and provided with consent from HR dept.
3. Endorsement from Managing Director that you are valuable employee and you informed about you application earlier.
4. Try to give the Bank statement if the salary is paid through bank A/C. Mapping it with Payslips so that they realize the authenticity.
5. Must give the Visiting Card and ID copy of the document signatory. (Managing Director, HR, Yours)

Other supporting docs such as new JD, employment letter, new increment letter, promotional letter (if you got promoted in this year).

I hope you can arrange/take necessary measures for your PR card and bank account within this time.

There is no minimum time as such. If you land on a working day, you can complete all procedures in the airport. You need to provide a valid address of a relative where the pr cards will be delivered, apply for sin card etc. If you dont want to open a bank account during short landing, then you are free to catch the next flight. Depends on you. However, for further entry into the country, you are gonna need the pr cards, which are supposed to be mailed by your relative to your home address.

You can email atleast to devid cohen and others who are experts

If you are in table of TR using unauthorized agent (VC/SA etc) by proof, very likely you will be rejected/banned.

If you are in table of TR, BY ALLEGATION of using unauthorized agent but not solidly proved, you have half chance of success or get rejected.

If you are in table of TR or other VO and got PF for other reasons except unauthorized agent/Copy-paste JD, you have solid chance to be survived if you have replied with to the point reply as expected.

Rest is your judgement.

As you have good points for EE then why you are not able to wait to see the outcome of your PF reply?

Though there are two possible risks:

1. If they reject your file with ban, then you wont apply on EE.
2. If you wait more then you ITA may expire or you would be delayed to get ITA and processing

Benefits of waiting:

1. if your pf reply is convincing then you would get MR soon and all process would be faster than EE
2. If you apply now in EE now then you situation would be ambiguous. Though you can withdraw your FSW application but they have the records.


Now think what would be the better.

Everyone did pay application fees in CAD and not USD.
So banks can endorse/issue other currencies based on availability.

So banks can endorse/issue other currencies based on availability.

As far as I know, AD (authorized dealers) can endorse USD only. No other foreign currency can be endorsed in Passport.

ক) আগমনকালে যে কোন অংকের বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা সঙ্গে আনতে পারবেন, এনডোর্সমেন্টের বালাই নেই। বুঝেনইতো, যত বেশি আনবেন তত বেশি দেশের লাভ (Y) তবে ৫,০০০ মার্কিন ডলার বা তার সমমূল্যের বৈদেশিক মুদ্রার অধিক হলে নির্ধারিত FMJ ফরমে শুল্ক কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট ঘোষণা দিতে ভুলে গিয়ে বিপদে পইড়েন না ঘোষণায় পয়সা লাগে না

খ) বহির্গমণকালে ‘ভ্রমণ কোটা’ অনুযায়ী বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা অবশ্যই পাসপোর্টে এনডোর্স করে নিবেন। এনডোর্সমেন্ট ছাড়া সিঙ্গেল পেনিও নেয়া যাবে না। তবে Diplomats/Privileged persons/UN personnel, Govt. officials travelling on official duties- এঁদের ক্ষেত্রে এনডোর্সমেন্ট না হলেও চলবে ফরেইনার ও এনআরবিগণ কিউতে থাকেন, পরে আসছি

ডাক্তারি কাগজপত্র প্রদর্শন সাপেক্ষে ১০,০০০ মার্কিন ডলার পর্যন্ত। তার অতিরিক্ত দরকার হলে বিনা-চিকিৎসায় মরার রিস্ক নেয়ার দরকার নেই। যেকোন অথরাইজড ব্যাংককে প্রয়োজনীয় কাজগপত্র দেখালেই বেঁচে যাবেন প্রয়োজন সাপেক্ষে অতিরিক্ত মুদ্রার অনুমোদন বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক থেকে তাঁরাই নিবে দিবেন।

বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা পকেটে করে নেন আর হাতে করে নেন...পাসপোর্টে এনডোর্সমেন্ট মাস্ট। ভিসা টিকেট কাগজপত্র বাসায় ফেলে এসে বারবার ব্যাংকে লেফ্ট-রাইট করার মানে হয়না। আর ধরুন, বছরের প্রথম ভ্রমণেই লোভ সামালতে পারলেন না... মাশ-আল্লাহ, প্রাপ্যতার পুরোটা নিয়ে দিলেন রওয়ানা। ফিরে এসে দেখলেন কাজের কাজ কিছুই হল না... বেশির ভাগ মুদ্রাই পকেটে পরের ভ্রমণ খতম?? নাহ, দয়াকরে কার্বমার্কেটে না গিয়ে অব্যায়িত মুদ্রা অথরাইজড ডিলার/ব্যাংকে ক্যাশ করুন এবং রসিদ (এনক্যাশমেন্ট সার্টিফিকেট) সংগ্রহে রাখুন। পরবর্তি ভ্রমণে কোটা এডজাস্টমেন্টে ওটাই একমাত্র ভরসা

ফরেইনার, এনআরবিদের আসা-যাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশি মুদ্রা সীমার শর্ত ছাড়া অন্য কোটা শর্ত খাটবেনা। যেই পরিমাণ বোইদেশিক মুদ্রা নিয়ে দেশে এসেছেন অনধিক সেই পরিমাণ অব্যায়িত মুদ্রা পাসপোর্টে এনডোর্স ছাড়াই নিয়ে যেতে পারবেন। আসার সময় ৫০০০ মার্কিন ডলার বা সমমূল্যের অতিরিক্ত হলে নির্ধারিত এফএমজে ফরমে আস্তে করে ডিক্লেয়ার করে আসবেন এবং যাবার সময় সেই ডিক্লেয়ার্ড ফরম বাসায় রেখে আইসেন না

স্থল, নৌ বা বিমান, যে কোন বন্দরের ক্ষেত্রেই একই নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য হইবেক

দুঃখিত, এত বড় লম্বা ইতিহাসের শেষ লাইন পর্যন্ত আপনাদের ধরে রাখার জন্য অনেক দুষ্টুমি করেছি, ইনফরমাল ল্যাংগুয়েজ ব্যবহার করেছি। ক্ষমাসুন্দর দৃষ্টিতে দেখারও দরকার নেই.. যা ইচ্ছে তা-ই বলুন তবে কষ্ট করে পাশের জনকে জানিয়ে দিন। হয়রানি রোধে এগিয়ে আসুন।
