As far as I know, AD (authorized dealers) can endorse USD only. No other foreign currency can be endorsed in Passport.

equivalent'। আমি নিজে GBP/EURO এন্ডোরস করেছি। available থাকলে Indian rupee ও endorse করা যাবে যদি গ্রাহক চায়। আর বাংলাতে যে information টা দিয়েছেন সেখানেও তো 'বার্ষিক ১২,০০০ মার্কিন ডলার বা সমমূল্যের বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা' clearly লিখা আছে। so where is the confusion?

Everyone did pay application fees in CAD and not USD.
So banks can endorse/issue other currencies based on availability.

Thanks for your response. I have talked to several banks they are not allowed to endorse other currency except USD though as per circular they can, No Idea.

Only BRAC Bank said they can endorse 5000 usd and another 2000 usd they will endorse in euro or pound no other currency. All other banks are saying same thing even I have gone through the guideline and found that for one way ticket the total quota for a year will be half.

Can I take dollar/cad without endorsement ?

Dear experts
I got PF in March 2015 on my immigration history. I sent all relevant docs within March. Since then no update, asked for GCMS couple of times, but no update except review in progress. What do you think how long this review process can take? I have visits to number of places. Any idea about the maximum time it may take to complete the review process?

Agreed with whatever you said. But one thing I don't understand why everybody wants to endorse from bank? Money Exchange Houses can do the same. They are also license holders. What is wrong with them? They are more flexible!

money changers can not endorse more than USD1,000.00 each time legally. another thing is you will get better rate from Banks.

I am wondering if any of you can shed some light on this. How long does it take for the consulate to issue a travel document for a Canadian PR from Singapore visa office? Have any of you recently submitted an application for a travel document to this office? How long did it take for you to receive it? I have a flight next week for 3 weeks and my PR card didn't arrive yet. I have to go for argent reason, I am so worry.

Bro, Everybody applied from Bangladesh on November and December is waiting for MR. Last Bangladeshi applicant got MR applied on 29th Oct,2014. He got PF and rescued with MR then.

Heard that some applicants of November and December got MR, but all of them are either Singapore residents or Singapore Job holder.

I am afraid whether they are thinking otherwise regarding Bangladeshi Nov & Dec applicants.

We are also suffering and waiting like you fabian khan. Nothing to do but to keep patience. You can raise a CSE to know the latest status of your file.

Today I have received PF relating to my employment reference letters. They letter contains bellow informations:

I have noted too many similarities in text and format in these documents ostensibly provided by two different and distinct entities and at different times to be coincidental. Thus I cannot accord these any weight as evidence of your employment experience.

I have provide my letters signed by my company DMD and ED and have submitted my Employment reference letter, promotion letter, appointment letters along with my and their visiting cards. Still they are not convinced with it.

It is to state that I haven't applied through any unauthorized agents in this regard.

So now brother please advice how to proceed.
