Hello friends,

I have done my medicals about 15 days ago and sent other documents (PCC, RPRF) via DHL. Talked with Wahab's center and they confirmed medical report was fine and my medical was sent the following day. But till today theres no update in my ecas. Any idea how long they usually take to update ecas for "Medicals received" and "RPRF, PCC received"?? My VO is Manilla

Mine got updated within weeks. May be your one is getting delayed bcz of the x-mas break.

Confused again..........

I have already shared in forum that i received Invitation under Express Entry on December 2015. My respected forum members suggested me not to apply there and go with the FSW application. All of them already know that i got PF from TR and i have not received any update from TR and its been more than 3 months.

Now the situation is, i again received invitation to app[ly under express entry in yesterday's draw :-X

But still now they didn't reply me. I have applied for the birth certificate. After that I will prepare passport. Me and my wife got Canaada visa last month.

1. I would like to know the steps I have to perform now to process my child's papers.
2. What other documents do I need?
3. Where do I send the documents Canada or Singapore?

Raise CSE to your visa office, Attached your child birth certificate, Bio data page of international passport. They will get back to you on this. But be ready for new POF update, fill new generic form, additional family form. you will also be ask to pay $150 application fee for the child. I guess they will cancel all visa issue and issue a new one once all requirement are met. Hope this help

Consult with a professional/immigration lawyer.

Public opinion may lead you to right decision but may not be as well.

You can email atleast to devid cohen and others who are experts

If you are in table of TR using unauthorized agent (VC/SA etc) by proof, very likely you will be rejected/banned.

If you are in table of TR, BY ALLEGATION of using unauthorized agent but not solidly proved, you have half chance of success or get rejected.

If you are in table of TR or other VO and got PF for other reasons except unauthorized agent/Copy-paste JD, you have solid chance to be survived if you have replied with to the point reply as expected.

Rest is your judgement.

They will ask the documents with their reply. Just wait.
Try to give the the Bank statement with the required amount including your new BB at least 3 months statement.
Bank Solvency certificate would be fine if you already withdraw the amount. In that case dont give the statement if the required amount is not regular. Hope this will help.

As you have good points for EE then why you are not able to wait to see the outcome of your PF reply?

Though there are two possible risks:

1. If they reject your file with ban, then you wont apply on EE.
2. If you wait more then you ITA may expire or you would be delayed to get ITA and processing

Benefits of waiting:

1. if your pf reply is convincing then you would get MR soon and all process would be faster than EE
2. If you apply now in EE now then you situation would be ambiguous. Though you can withdraw your FSW application but they have the records.


Now think what would be the better.

Dear Experts,

It is urgent to know the limit of dollar we can carry at the Bangladesh Immigration with or without endorsement. Confusion has been arrised as different banks are saying different rules :

1. One way ticket for non SAARC country - $3500 for adults and $1750 for children
2. One way ticket for non SAARC country - $5000 for adults and $3500 for children, it can raised up to $7000 for adults but additional will be in EURO or Pounds mode, which means $5000 + $2000 in other currency.

Which one is right ? How much dollar I can carry without endorsement ? How much additional dollar I can carry after the said endorsement ? can I carry CAD instead of dollar ?


Please experts need your help urgently.

Case 1:
If unauthorized agent = SA/VC, very little chance u have a way to get away.

Case 2:
If other unauthorized consultant who is not spotted by VO yet, half chance you have to get away with application unless u have messed up in other matters.

Ask for GCMS note to check where you are now.

I would withdraw my application if I were in case 1 category as there are severe chances that my application would be rejected and banned for 5 years. Though either way my record will always be there, than again, as the concern is only related with "unauthorized agent" issue, I perceive that it would not hamper my next application unless PF is already issued.

Yes bro i am case one. Just waiting for pf or rejection. No hope seen in last few months history of mr. So before they issue pf i think i should quit. Beside agent issue my case is ok. So may got a chance to appy other program.
