Dear experts,

Yesterday (16.09.2015) I received e-mail for Medical Examination (SGVO). I need some information regarding this:

Currently, I'm working in Maldives and there is no panel physician here. However, there is panel physician in Sri Lanka which is very near from Maldives.
Can I complete my medical examination in Sri Lanka? Or, it is mandatory to do from BD?

One more thing:

Do I need to submit my passport (when request will come) to only VFS Dhaka? Or, I can send directly to SGVO via courier?

Please reply my above queries. Thanks in advance.

Did you inform you are in Maldives?

If they informed then you can do it without raising CSE.

Just give a letter while sending all docs. You can check VFS address in Maldives or Sri Lanka.

As all(?) the VC clients get/will get the PF letter, what to do to avoid it? What will be the consequences if I want to withdraw my application? It is enough to save me from the PF letter?
And if all go right (if & only if), then how is the plan to apply in Express Entry?

Theoretically, if you think your application will be rejected and you withdraw your application then that might save you from getting banned(in case of misrepresentation or missing docs) as they will stop processing your application further.

So your right in a sense.

But this is a grey area and I haven't seen a case like this recently. It is also unclear what will happen to your data that they already entered in their system or will those data be use to cross check if you apply again in other program.

This is a good topic to be in the main thread(or as a separate topic)m so that senior members can answer this.

First of all, getting PF letter is not something that should be taken in a bad sense. In most cases it is previous step before issueing MR.
And if your reply to PF letter is a convincing one I don't think it is to be worried about. And PF letter is not reserved for VC or other unauthorized agents only. Many clients of authorized agents and self submitting applicants may get/got PF letter and have overcome the situation successfully.

Again this is Samia.now a days i am preparing myself for the IELTS xum.beside this arranging the required papers for ECA.I am facing so many problems and having so many questions in my mind...sharing some of them.....(hope u guys don't bother)

1) In ECA website there is a option for Higher Secondary certificate.Do i need to give my HSC certificate assessed from my regional board controller or xum controller?Or the BSc certificate will be enough for the ECA.

2)There are many steps to apply for the immigration procedure....one of the steps i have seen is the job offer.my question is how can i arrange a job offer from living outside Canada?It is really hard i think and almost impossible.....so how can i overcome from this step.....is there any opinion on this issue

It will be a great help if anyone share any opinion on this issue......
