WE, THE APPLICANTS OF FSW 2014, BEING PROCESSED AT SGVO ARE GOING THROUGH A CRITICAL TIME. WHAT WE HAVE OBSERVED IN LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS IS NOT ONLY DEPRESSING BUT ALSO SHOCKING. WE HAVE BEEN MISJUDGED,ILLTREATED AND CONSTANTLY BEING TORMENTED BY OUR VISA OFFICE.
IT'S HIGH TIME FOR US TO GET TOGETHER AND DISCUSS THESE MATTERS. FORUMS AND FACEBOOK GROUPS ARE NOT ENOUGH. WHEN ALL OTHER APPLICANTS AT OTHER VO'S ARE GETTING VISAS WE ARE BEING SACRIFICED FOR NO REASON AT ALL. WHAT HAPPENED TO OTHERS CAN HAPPEN TO ME.
I PROPOSE WE SHOULD MEET AND DISCUSS THESE SITUATIONS. LET'S TRY TO HELP EACH OTHER OUT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I KNOW MANY OF US HAVE APPLIED THRU CONSULTANTS. BUT WE ALL KNOW THEY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING.

I am sure that no November/December applicant of SGVO has got MR yet. So my question is that why sgvo kept those files untouched ? Do they want to clear May-July backlog files first ? ? Then Nov/Dec will start by turns ? How long we will hv to wait in queue ? ? ?

If any Nov/Dec applicant got any doc request, please raise your voice

don't be tension free even after 3rd line update (medical received) today i have received procedural fairness letter even after getting 3rd line update (medical received)...in my last gcms it was showing...eligibility: complete, medical: complete, criminality: complete, only thing left was security ...they have given me 30 days to explain and provide docs that my lead statement and main responsibilities matches with my noc...

so everyone be careful who is not getting PPR after medical

If they gave you UCI then no matter what you do, all the info you submitted will be in their database for the rest of you life....

Hello dear friends..My ecas is showing FOUR lines. earlier (26 Aug)there were only two lines. Fourth line is mentioning that " We transferred your application to the Singapor Office on December 14,2014. The Singapor office may contact you." Which is my AOR time.
My questions are

1) why they are updating this foth line at this stage
2) After Forth line what they showing??
3) Is that mean my file in SGVO hand.
Finally is it any positive change??

My younger son born on 24th May,2015.
I did not update my newborn child yet.
i will update in this coming month.
can anyone tell me what documents are needed for this?

You should have raised a CSE right away after the birth of your child. I did so and got a mail with instructions to add my new born with my application. They give you clear instructions and list all the documents you have to submit. Please don't delay and raise a CSE.

THE ACTUAL PROCESS/LAW IS, TO RETURN ALL APPLICATION STRAIGHTWAY IF CIC FOUND USES OF UNAUTHORIZED AGENTS IN YOUR APPLICATION. DETECTING OF USING UNAUTHORIZED AGENT CAN BE DEFINED IN SEVERAL WAY INCLUDING USING SAME MAILING ADDRESS AND SAME FORMAT OF WORK DOCUMENTS ETC. SO AT THIS STAGE CIC WILL RETURN ALL APPLICATION ON TOP OF THAT IF SAME TYPE OF WORK DOCUNENTS DETECTS ( PAYSLIP, WORK REFERENCE ETC ) THAN ITS MISPRESENTATION AND THEY BAN FOR FIVE YEARS.
NOW, THEY HAVENT RETURNED YOUR ALPLICATION STRAIGHTWAY ON TOP OF THAT THEY ARE GIVING A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN YOUR POINT BY GIVING PF. ISNT IT ENOUGH FOR YOU? IVE SEEN MANY APPLICANT GOT VISA AFTER PF BECAUSE THEY WERE HONEST AND SORRY FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

LOOKING TO YOU IT SEEMS A DISRESPECTFUL APPLICANT WHO IS NOT EVEN SORRY ON TOP OF THAT BLAMING YOUR VO AND THRETENING TO COMPLAIN AGAINT THEM. DONT YOU JUST THINK FOR YOU GUYS THE VO HAVING HUGE EXTRA WORKLOAD AND THE INNOCENTS APPLICANTS ARE SUFFURING SEVERELY BY YOU?? SGVO BECOMES SGVO BECAUSE OF YOU. I AM SORRY TO SAY, YOU SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED FOR CANADIAN VISA FOR BEING SUCH DISRESPECTFUL. STAY WHERE YOU ARE.

However, I've been accused of being complying with earlier correspondence of RPRF !!!!
I only got Med request on 20th March but not RPRF.

Which Credit card can be used to pay full CAD980 from Bangladesh.
I heard Standard Chartarted bank has $100 limitation for online payment.

You can communicate with SCB credit card usage for you RPRF payment online or you can go for Bank Draft.

I can complete my medical examination from Bangladesh (I will take leave for that and come back). The only problem is to submit the passport. As I want to continue my job for few more months, how I'll submit my passport from Maldives (there is no high commission of Canada here)?

Someone please give information....

The only option you have to complete your Medical and send passport from Bangladesh.
Otherwise you can do Medical in Srilanka but you have to submit your passport from Bangladesh VFS as you are applicant from Bangladesh.

Otherwise your visa center would be Srilanka if your applicant from Maldives.

Please send below docs directly....That will suffice...

1. Updated Additional Family Information IMM5406 FOR YOU AND SPOUSE.
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate
5. Passport.
6. Updated Bank cert (+statement )
7. PHOTO-6 COPIES (WITH FIVE COPIES WRITTEN WITH NAME+DOB+Photo taken date )
8. Generic Application form

They already informed (I am working here for long time) and my current address is in Maldives. I have received the receipt of fee for "Addition of Child". The problem is that there is no VFS in Maldives. And, submitting passport to Sri Lanka or Bangladesh dose not make any difference. Thing is that I can not travel back to Maldives without Passport.

Then, what to do? Shall I resign from my current job?

Please advise...

Same scenario already faced few applicants who are residing in Australia and USA.
You can contact send a CSE or check whether is it possible to send it through DHL or any other courier service. I think they also send doc to other VO for Canadian VISA. You can take help from local people. Or You can take leave for 2 months if possible
