I've received Medical, PCC and PRPF payment advice today. Below is my timeline:
Application received 29/08/2014
DD encashed 23/11/2014
PER received on 17/12/2014
AOR received on 29/01/2015
Query regarding Job received on 10/03/2015
Query replied on 17/03/2015
MR/PCC/PRPF advice receipt 07/09/2015
Ecas/Application status – In Process (2 line updates).
Now I've 2 concerns only:
1) They advised me to provide the below doc:
Updated IMM 5669 Schedule A Background / Declaration form, completed with up-to-date information by you and your spouse. Fill the form on the CIC Web site then print it:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/
However the above link does not work! Where may I get the doc?
2) Is there any possibility still left, that they may ask me to show proof of fund? I showed my office's Providend fund and gratuity as POF.
Experts, please help.
