অবশেষে আল্লাহর অশেষ রহমতে আজ বেলা 11:45এ পাসপোর্ট হাতে পেলাম ভিসা ও কমফার্মেশনসহ। আসলে আমি খুবই দুশ্চিন্তাগ্রস্থ ছিলাম হজ্বের আগে পাসপোর্ট হাতে পাব কি না। সিঙ্গাপুর ভিসা অফিসকে একটি আবেদন করেছিলাম যাতে আমার পাসপোর্ট হ্জ্ব ফ্লাইট শেষ হওয়ার আগেই তারা ভিসাসহ ফেরত দেয়। ভিসা অফিস আমার আবেদনে সাড়া দিয়ে 15 দিনেই পাসপোর্ট ডিসপাস করেছে। সিঙ্গাপুর অফিসকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ। 2/3 দিনের মধ্যেই হজ্বে যাব ইন শা আল্লাহ। সবাই আমার জন্য দোয়া করবেন।
এই ফোরামের সকলকেই ধন্যবাদ তাদের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরামর্শ দিয়ে আমাকে সহযোগিতা করার জন্য।
সবার জন্য দোয়া থাকলো যাতে আল্লাহ আপনাদের সবাইকে দ্রুত ভিসা পাওয়ার জন্য কবুল করুন। আমীন।

I've received Medical, PCC and PRPF payment advice today. Below is my timeline:
Application received 29/08/2014
DD encashed 23/11/2014
PER received on 17/12/2014
AOR received on 29/01/2015
Query regarding Job received on 10/03/2015
Query replied on 17/03/2015
MR/PCC/PRPF advice receipt 07/09/2015
Ecas/Application status – In Process (2 line updates).

Now I've 2 concerns only:
1) They advised me to provide the below doc:
Updated IMM 5669 Schedule A Background / Declaration form, completed with up-to-date information by you and your spouse. Fill the form on the CIC Web site then print it:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/

However the above link does not work! Where may I get the doc?

2) Is there any possibility still left, that they may ask me to show proof of fund? I showed my office's Providend fund and gratuity as POF.

Experts, please help.

I have collected the following documents to proof my job fairness:

Previous Employer:

1. Declaration from my previous boss that all the information given in the reference letter earlier is correct & true. (They will not provide me a fresh reference letter) & copy of the reference letter
2. Visiting card of my previous boss
3. Appointment letter
4. Job confirmation letter after 6 months of service
5. Promotion letter after 2 years of service
6. Acceptance of resignation letter
7. Bank statement of year 2010, where my salary was deposited

Present Employer:

1. Declaration from my boss that all the information given in the reference letter earlier is correct & true.
2. New Reference letter
3. Copy of JD (for myself & my boss)
4. Copy of company ID card
5. Visiting card (myself & my boss)
6. some mail correspondences relating my job
7. last june, i visited switzerland from my company. The copy of the invitation letter where my name, designation, passport no are given & this letter is addressing to the swiss embassy.
8. Appointment letter
9. Confirmation letter
10. Promotion & increment letter for 3 years
11. Pay slip for last 3 months & pay slip of last two months of 2014
12. Bank statement of salary account from 2014

That's all. Please suggest me if i am missing something.

Also please suggest me how to send these docs. Shall i reply the mail or through cse. I will also send the hard copies.

Thats quite enough Debashish bhai.

Please ensure that both letter which were taken from boss and reference letter format are different as these are different Organization.

Please check several times the Signature of your boss with Previous docs. It is very very important.

Please also write down a forwarding letter and write it in Tabular format and mention which docs you provided.

Please mention that you didnt take any help from Visa center and you even dont know it. Its a coincidence to match you JD with Visa Center. Invite them for site visit if they require.

Check all documents 3-4 times and cross check it with another person of your home.

At last dont lose hope. keep faith. I hope everything will be fine.
