I received similar mail from SGVO but I able to convince them my mistake was not intentional and I really want to immigrate to Canada. I am sure you can be able to convince them as well. give them more supporting document and most importantly say sorry to copy responsibility from someone document. Most of us do that to get idea but unfortunately they found hundred of similar document with similar job description and format. So it is better to write it again with your own words and submit it again. I am sure they will consider it.

It is really very late to response your case whereas everyone expecting forward positive result.

Though you already pointed out when you received your last GCMS note that you are not met your work experience. And for that result leaded this PF letter and that have to prove your eligibilities of your work experience.

For your easy ref that I found a recruitment requirement from your company on same position (linked below). May be that is why they have confusion on you ref letter due this kind of recruitment process reason you need to lead it from all kind of your job description that cover NOC's lead statement and fresh reference letter from your HR/Head of your department.

Also I understand that they have found similar job description from VISA center's application. it seems either you got some help from your friend or relative who used similar letter helped from VISA center otherwise without confirmation they wont send you this letter directed pointed VISA center example.

SO be careful about your earlier ref letter and fresh ref letter. This is your last chance to prove your application on selective NOC's eligibilities from your current activities/ROLL otherwise it will lead your at least 5 year BAN to enter CA.

I don't find any worry about this letter if you are ok with this to provide proper information as they have required from you.

Please send all of your job related papers freshly by courier and CSE.

Thanks for your reply. You know what, i haven't taken any help from anyone to prepare my experience certificate. I only follow the instruction given in form IMM5612E. The screenshot is given below:

I just followed the instruction step by step & prepared reference letter for both & took signature from my boss. I also provided their visiting card. So, dont understand what was the problem.

Brother this email to you confirms that 2nd line update means nothing and this also proves we may not get Mr. for a while till the review is complete. In this case its very unfortunate that they have found similarities between your case with visa center applicants. Who knows my file may also be stuck for the same reason or not as I also have applied by my self. Couple of things I can addup in this situation which are:

1. Have you submitted visiting cards of your superiors of present and previous job?? if you haven't please send visiting cards of your supervisor, company director, hr department people whom will be able to clarify your position and job responsibilities if they gets any quarries. Send 4~5 relating visiting cards whom are in concerned to your job.

2. Have you submitted your visiting card along with your company ID. If you haven't please add up those.

3. As a corporate officer you should have company email ID with company domain. show them some recent email correspondences relating to your job and responsibilities.

4. If possible please kindly arrange some photographs in the office with your colleagues and events showing that you are working in the company.

5. If you have a salary account you can also show it to them that you are being paid due to your job with the said company.

Similarly for the previous company you can also add up similar things and together write a cover letter addressing to the concerned person and try to explain what you are attaching to convince them that you are currently working in this company and have worked in the previous one.

Brother please let me know from above listed infos which you have already submitted and which you haven't for our understanding.

1. i have submitted visiting card of mine & my boss who signed my reference letter for present job & only my boss's visiting card for my previous job.

2. i have submitted only my visiting card. I will submit my ID card this time.

3. Yes i have email ID. I will provide some email correspondence this time.

4. I will try to take a picture infront of my office with other colleagues.

5. Yes i have a salary account. I will provide the transaction for .last one year.

I will provide my JD which is signed by my immediate boss & his boss. This JD is exactly the same as my reference letter.

I will provide my pay slip for last three months.

Also i will provide my appointment letter, job confirmation letter, every year increment letter & my promotion letter.

For my Previous Employee:

1. I dont know whether they will provide me another reference letter. If not, then i will provide my appointment letter, job confirmation letter, promotion letter & acceptance of resignation letter. As you know, previous employer are not interested to help their ex-employee all the time.

As per my understanding, they are not concerned about my NOC match. In the email, it is not mentioned. I think they are only concerned, whether i really worked in these companies.

Please correct me if i am wrrong.

And, for the reply, shall i directly reply to this mail & attache all the documents? or through cse?

I shall also provide the hard copies of the documents through dhl......

But, I'm wondering how did they find the match with Visa Center since u applied by yourself.
I'm also worried a little bit now coz I took the Ref. letter format from Visa Center though the contents are genuine and different.

Getting very surprised to see "30 days Procedural Fairness Letter" serially ! ! ! SGVO is acting like Bangladeshi police where BD police always reach at the accidental area lately when criminals pass away, and then police catch some innocent people and harras them intentionally. Likewise SGVO is reacting with no pure causes. If they suspect, they can have site visit directly and get the proof.
I dont know what is their working pattern ! ! How some original guys will prove their originality except site visit ! ! !

অবশেষে আল্লাহর অশেষ রহমতে আজ বেলা 11:45এ পাসপোর্ট হাতে পেলাম ভিসা ও কমফার্মেশনসহ। আসলে আমি খুবই দুশ্চিন্তাগ্রস্থ ছিলাম হজ্বের আগে পাসপোর্ট হাতে পাব কি না। সিঙ্গাপুর ভিসা অফিসকে একটি আবেদন করেছিলাম যাতে আমার পাসপোর্ট হ্জ্ব ফ্লাইট শেষ হওয়ার আগেই তারা ভিসাসহ ফেরত দেয়। ভিসা অফিস আমার আবেদনে সাড়া দিয়ে 15 দিনেই পাসপোর্ট ডিসপাস করেছে। সিঙ্গাপুর অফিসকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ। 2/3 দিনের মধ্যেই হজ্বে যাব ইন শা আল্লাহ। সবাই আমার জন্য দোয়া করবেন।
এই ফোরামের সকলকেই ধন্যবাদ তাদের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরামর্শ দিয়ে আমাকে সহযোগিতা করার জন্য।
