Alhamdulliah, I received my Medical Request today and booked my medical appointment with IOM today.


I am bit confused with the whole medical request procedure, CIC requested to sent my PCC,Bio page of my Passport, schedule a form.

I would really appreciate if seniors guide me, how to do this procedure like making the payment, credit card or DD is better. how to send medical report and in which address should i send these documents.

Although i am waiting for MR, but got info from seniors as below:

You hv to pay medical fee in Bangla Taka as the Doctor is Bangali. You better use credit card to pay RPRF.

The address we need to send our docs (PCC, RPRF recipt etc) to -

IMMIGRATION SECTION
HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA
One George Street #11-01,
SINGAPORE 049145

Take the original Passport and MR form sent by local vo. Fee is 3000tk for each person. You hv to face the following medical tests :
Blood(HIV+VDRL+HBS-ag+other basic things) test, Urine test, Chest X-ray, Eye test, Blood pressure, weight, height measure.
You dont need to send medical report. Doctor will send it himself.

I think Dr Wahab is better. I did mine at Dr Wahab's. They upload the med report online.
Leaves you with one less hassle to worry about.
Did your VO send RPRF to? If not, do not hesitate to raise a CSE to your visa office.
They often miss RPRF which will make you suffer with long wait.......

Finally they touched your file which has reflect in your ECAS.

Only confusion is how the Second line date could be before Nomination date (PER).

I have just checked the ECAS and found that I have got the 2nd line update. ;D

It shows We started processing your application on August 26, 2014.

Finally I have got something to talk about. Brothers does it mean my verification is being completed and I will get MR. Please suggest.

'We sent you correspondence on August 5, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.'

They asked 2 copies of recent photos along with PP within 30 days....

I have done my Medical from IMO today, they also requested for RPRF payment as well, I am bit confused about to pay with credit card or Bank draft.

I will be sending all requested documents to the following address which I got it from a senior brother of this forum.
