Hi Forum Mate,

As you know that I am not immigration expert but from my own assessment reading from other members posting here about their file processing who are waiting since 2011 even from last year May’14 now those are moving step by step for next steps by FIFO basis.

Also my understanding is that SGVO has no pressure now compare to Jul/Aug’15 when many files were receiving application for FSW 2014. Reason now they started to clear file since 2011 and May’14 simultaneously because those are very less quantity at SGVO at this moment compare to even previous couple to months ago.

I assume by end of 2015 all files will be cleared from SGVO even if there will be very minimum file may pending who are still unclear from security/criminality assessment from various security agent in the world.

Definitely There Is A Way if There Is A Will.

Will-power is the key to the greatest of achievements. The more we are determined to win… The more we are on the road to success. Keep patience and be confident.

Wish you all the best.

Thanks bro ....like ur realistic analysis

If no decision made after second line, should it be considered as positive? How long does it take to know the status though I am confused about the second line as it is showing the date before PER date for processing started. Does anyone have the consequence experience of this new format of second line?

thanks . i pretty much gave up at one point when SINP applicants are told to get job offer from canadian company but luckily i applied few months earlier before that announcement under SINP family referral. It took them a lot of time to respond with a nomination and thats when hope was reborned. At that time, i had just 1 year of job exp. graduated in 2009.

I am still skeptical as to what lies ahead and how should I face it. But one thing is certain which is , I Have to prove for a 2nd time that i have something to contribute but this time in a completely different ground. ::)

I am seeking advise from seniors.

I just paid my Right of permanent residence fee for myself and my wife, I got the receipt with bar code. I am bit confused shall I write client's identification number with pen where it says Client's ID and my date of birth where it says client's date of birth. if yest where should i write name of my wife's date of birth.

And also My previous passport expired and I have taken a new passport how I should it notify to CIC?

I truly appreciate great work you guys are doing and helping out ppl like me.

1. your payment of Right of permanent residence fee should be made against the principal applicant which will cover your wife's RPRF payment as well. Do read the instruction carefully, several times

2. I also had an old passport which was used to submit the application and had only few months left in it. So I quickly applied for a validity extension using "express service" costed me around 7K for each passport and i got my new passport with new # but it had old passport number in it. which is critical obviously. took me around 10 days to get my new PP.

3. when i got my PPR i provided ONly new pp info in the appendix form and sent only the new PP.
No need to inform cic about this. They will understand when they will see ur old passport # in the new passport.

if your appearance has changed significantly try to use the same photo when u will submit passport renew application.

U can also update any old information but make sure that any info that u want to put in 100% matches with the info u provided in the immigration application. in my case i was single in my old passport, occupation was student.

I changed both info in new PP to match with my application.

hope this helps
