Well, Bangladesh bank's rule is one cannot pay more than USD 100 online in a calendar year (International transactions only). However, if you eagerly want to pay through any Bangladeshi origin credit card then there is a option, you can have Credit Card against your RFCD account, sort of debit card. You can use this card as much as your credit limit permits. All you need to do, you have to open a RFCD account first. Prerequisite for opening a RFCD account is, you can only open this account within one month of arrival after your foreign travel (including SAARC countries). After opening of the said account then you have to deposit cash USD on that account (If it is USD RFCD A/C). At the same time you've to apply for credit card against that RFCD account. Then bank will issue a credit card against that account and they will fix a credit limit in USD against deposited amount, say 90% of deposited amount). This credit card can be used upto your Max. credit limit, there is no restrictions at all for any sort of transactions. Some business people can also have this sort of credit card against their Export account. These are the only options you can use Bangladeshi origin credit card without restrictions. All of Bangladeshi banks those issue International cards offers this type of card. However, UCBL offers i-Card which you can use upto USD 500. I prefer go for UCBL Visa/Master card as their card service is good, on the other hand SCB credit cards are more troublesome during using. Furthermore, the best option is to pay through any foreign card, if you have any friends/relatives living abroad. Hope you got the answers.
Kind regards
