Dear Forum Members,

Expecting your views on few issues related my FSW 2014 application.

My application filed: May 12, 2014
CAPS:2132
Confirmation on Positive Determination: August 27, 2014

Though its been a quite long time since received the first letter, there is no further communication from VOSG for MR or something else. So I am bit worried in this issue. The current application status is "In Process" and the only available information on their site is "We received your application for PR on May 12, 2014", nothing else.

I did not provide my Police Clearance Certificate at the time of application submission. Will it be a reason of delay in processing anyway? Like many others, my application also contains the local consultancy firm's address as my Current Mailing Address. Should I change it? And by this time I had to transfer a portion of my fund from my bank account that I showed as proof of fund. Will there be any chances to receive any second call from Visa Office to provide the banks current statement? Please please suggest me on above issues.

1. I used agency's postal address like you but i am through upto medical.
2. Do not need to send PCC at the time of application?
3. You can get an GCMS to know the current status?

My local consultant was not shown in the application as a paid consultant cause they are not CIC nominated to provide such services.

Visa Centre Inc is my local consultant in this case. They used their Dhanmondi address while sending the application form. I called for a GCMS in last January. The medical and criminality due dates are August 26, 2015 on that report.

One good thing about foreign PCC is that it never expires, if you left the foreign country and never returned and then obtained your foreign PCC afterward.

Well, the subcategory field on the GCMS is empty but the category is mentioned as SW1-FED.

You can enter even on 29-02-2016 & that would be your last date of entry. Also hope you know that immigrant visa is non-extendable in any circumstances, once expired then you have to submit a new application & follow the all procedures again.
