আমার ফাইলটিও কনসালটেন্ট দিয়ে প্রসেস করানো (প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম না হয় নাই বললাম), যদিও কনসালটেন্টকে অথরাইজড দেখানো হয়নি কিন্তু আমার যোগাযোগের ঠিকানা দেয়া কনসালটেন্ট ফার্মের ঠিকানায়। তবে, ইমেইল অ্যাড্রেস আমারটাই ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে, আর আমি ইকাস চেকও করি নিয়মিত।

এখানে সবচেয়ে ভয় পাচ্ছি যে আমার যোগাযোগের ঠিকানা কনসালটেন্ট ফার্মের ঠিকানা দেয়া, এ জন্যে না আবার কোন বিপত্তি তৈরি হয় !!!!

এখন অ্যাড্রেস চেঞ্জ করাটা কি ঠিক হবে?

Why on earth would they use their address? Are you sure they provided your email address on form? How did you get the PER ? It's not dangerous because of your consultants address on form it's potentially dangerous because your consultant can change the mode of correspondence type from email to postal service or change the email address to their own without even letting you know so that they can take over your file. ECAS dekhe r ki korben. ECAS won't tell you they sent medical request 4 months ago. Make sure they didn't do it. Deviously dangerous if that agent is borisalla. Borisalla sob dui number ekhon.

Are you sure they provided your email address on form? Yes, they have used my email id


How did you get the PER ? I received both PER and AOR in my email id then forwarded those to consultant and he confirmed that those are PER and AOR.


It's not dangerous because of your consultants address on form it's potentially dangerous because your consultant can change the mode of correspondence type from email to postal service or change the email address to their own without even letting you know so that they can take over your file. I have no complain about my consultant, they are very caring, prompt and supportive so far. He also provides mental support as my file is being delayed. Also, he applied for for GCMS for me (i paid him in BDT). Nothing wrong at all to his approach. He also asked me to visit his office as he wants to show me that lots of his clients has got FSW, PNP, Student visa for Canada and he followed the same procedures for them

Also, i don't think consultants have any intention to hide it from me, as if i do not get visa it will not help him, as 75% of contract money is due and which will be paid after visa

Confirmation on Positive Determination: August 27, 2014

Though its been a quite long time since received the first letter, there is no further communication from VOSG for MR or something else. So I am bit worried in this issue. The current application status is "In Process" and the only available information on their site is "We received your application for PR on May 12, 2014", nothing else.

I did not provide my Police Clearance Certificate at the time of application submission. Will it be a reason of delay in processing anyway? Like many others, my application also contains the local consultancy firm's address as my Current Mailing Address. Should I change it? And by this time I had to transfer a portion of my fund from my bank account that I showed as proof of fund. Will there be any chances to receive any second call from Visa Office to provide the banks current statement? Please please suggest me on above issues.

No, there are many cases where the applicants did provide a PCC, but had to resubmit one later as the older one expired, and they considered the resubmitted one only, this probably isnt a reason of delay Like many others, my application also contains the local consultancy firm's address as my Current Mailing Address. Should I change it? Have you showed your local consultancy as your paid representative? if yes then don't bother changing the address And by this time I had to transfer a portion of my fund from my bank account that I showed as proof of fund. Will there be any chances to receive any second call from Visa Office to provide the banks current statement? There's always a chance of getting a request for updated bank statement, and is always best to keep the funds intact if possible. But haven't seen anyone getting fairness letter for fund issues Please please suggest me on above issues.

Thank you for sharing. I am stunned, so sorry hearing this news. I'm just so frustrated on that duffer agency SA ASSOCIATE. They should have guided an applicant in proper way. My question why an agent are taking such big amount of money? Just to type the form?!! It's the responsibility of an agent to guide the applicant properly. In this above case I'd say the deny solely happened for using an unauthorized agent. About the job clarify, the VO would certainly give chance to clarify this issue if the agency would give satisfying reply to the previous VO enquiry. But unfortunately they did not.
It's our duty to advice people not to use this agency " SA ASSOCIATE" for any kind of service. They are just a duffer, fraud and unprofessional.

And, a small advice from my side is, no one but ONLY US who can fill the application forms properly and accurately. These unprofessional agency would just fill the form and won't even bother if it's accurate or not.
