Wht is gcms note, is tht related to FSWP or express entry ???


Can anybody clear is there any scope to contact with CIC. Since I have been waiting for 2 months when my decision already made, rejection or not dont know ?????

GcmsNotes= is the service for those who applied for a Canadian visa (Immigration, Student, Visitor or Work visa). This service allows applicants to obtain information contained in their visa file. This visa file is often referred to as CAIPS and/or GCMS. It is the most comprehensive and up-to-date information that can be legally obtained from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

Get your CAIPS and/or GCMS notes to:

Hi,
I have another confusion. Do i need to fill up another consent form for my wife also? In the form there is written i need to fill up another consent form for each individual in my file who are 18+ Its a bit confusing because that means i need to fill up another form for my wife. But in the section B of my form it is written if i am also seeking information for my wife then i need to fill up section B. So why do i need to fill up another consent form for my wife?

Yes bhaiya, there should be separate consent letter for each applicant included in the main application who are above 18 years old.

In my case Nomination is the date of PER.. And apu, don't believe any words of these BD Lawyers/Consultants/Agents.. SGVO doesn't communicate with them regarding their work..

But I hope & pray that SGVO will issue MR for all the May, June and July applicants before EID.. ALLAH knows better..

No, no. The consent form does include a section for the main applicant's spouse. You need to use that and ask your spouse to sign there. Otherwise, GCMS notes will white-out spouse related data.

So, there is no need to fill out a second form for the main applicant's husband/wife. An extra form is needed for any other 18+ dependent.

Nope, No need to fill up another consent form.
PA will fill up the section A and sign accordingly.
Spouse/Partner will fill up the section B and sign.

If you have another candidate other than wife/spouse then separate consent form and separate payment required.

But as a FSWP applicant i think PA's GCMS note is enough to know the status of application.

Dear Seniors,

Good day. For my baby medical, please let me know as per below.

1) For baby, under 5 years old need to go for medical? Yes
2) If yes, CIC will send medical form with IME number like our medical form to email?
3) For medical, what kind of medical check-up, need to do? My daughter is only two months old.

Before CIC send medical FORM to my email for my daughter, I am going to submit require documents (except my daughter medical FORM as this medical form come with IME number, so I must wait this form from CIC) for my daughter on coming 12-June-2015 as per below. Please check for me

1) Updated Generic Form (IMM0008ENU_2D) to add in my daughter particulars,
2) Updated Additional Family Information Form (IMM5406E) for me and my wife,
3) When pay CAD 150 for my daughter, I will use credit card. So I need to use IMM5620E?
4) Photocopy of my daughter passport ( can get on 11-June-2015)
5) Birth Certificate of my daughter (already done)
6) Passport photos 4 pcs

Any other documents I miss out? Please check for me. Thanks in advanced.

Brother ! you also need to show them additional CAD 4000 as a prof of fund. You need not to show CAD $ 18000 as a POF for your full family constituting 3 Members.Please disregard this if you already have showed the additional fund required for the inclusion of your daughter.

He didn tell me that CIC comunicates with him, he just gave me some calculations, thats all. But u r right. These lawyers are never trustworthy. Thanx anyway .. Wish u luck!!
