Dear Seniors,

Good day. For my baby medical, please let me know as per below.

1) For baby, under 5 years old need to go for medical? Yes
2) If yes, CIC will send medical form with IME number like our medical form to email? Yes
3) For medical, what kind of medical check-up, need to do? My daughter is only two months old. Chest with stethoscope, Height, Weight, and Periphery of head.

- Take baby's passport and photograph as instructed in the SGVO mail.

Before CIC send medical FORM to my email for my daughter, I am going to submit require documents (except my daughter medical FORM as this medical form come with IME number, so I must wait this form from CIC) for my daughter on coming 12-June-2015 as per below. Please check for me

1) Updated Generic Form (IMM0008ENU_2D) to add in my daughter particulars,
2) Updated Additional Family Information Form (IMM5406E) for me and my wife,
3) When pay CAD 150 for my daughter, I will use credit card. So I need to use IMM5620E?
4) Photocopy of my daughter passport ( can get on 11-June-2015)
5) Birth Certificate of my daughter (already done)
6) Passport photos 4 pcs

Any other documents I miss out? Please check for me. Thanks in advanced.

I sent following docs before they requested for medical test of NBB:

1. Updated Generic Application Form (IMM0008E) filled
2. Updated Additional family Information Form (IMM5406E) filled (Principle Applicant)
3. Updated Additional family Information Form (IMM5406E) filled (Spouse)
4. Demand Draft
5. Fee Payment Form (IMM5620E) filled
6. Copy of Passport
7. Copy of Birth Certificate
8. Photo – 5+1 nos.
9. Cover letter saying the change in family

Nope brother, not yet! but thinking of, confused actually, want to wait few more months indeed. In fact, unless called for an interview or rejection, my opinion is, there is no justification to order GCMS. Here is, Patience is the only key to success I guess, So have faith to almighty Allah and keep patience, one day everyone will reach to his/her destination Insha Allah.

Absolutely your are right.
I don't find any reason to apply GCMS if the file has not stuck more than a year base on current trends.
So don't be in guess.. Patience is the key to success for CA PR.

you can consider 'Receipt copy from VFS' as POS copy just like receipt generated after transaction via credit card at any 'point of sale' like super shop, mall etc.

Hi Bro,

This is unusual to ask your CV in this stage after Medical done and it was accepted.
It would be good if you can share your email content (except your UCI & FILE & information) then we can understand that it was came from correct email ID.

For our easy ref would you please update your profile, details with time-line.

It is very Easy, Below are steps:

Just go to right top of Screen and you will find " PROFILE " tab, click over it.

Then - On the left middle of screen you will get 3 options : Under " Modify Profile " - please choose second option " Forum Profile Information " and click over it.

Then please enter your details , whatever applicable , like :

Location:
Category........:
Visa Office......:
NOC Code......:
App. Filed.......:
Doc's Request.:
Nomination.....:

And it will show under your name ....
