what about a second GCMS ? Im sure CIC does not bother. What do you people suggest ?

If none of family member applied for any visa for CA before.
For PR visa application, first PA should get UCI # during PER/application acceptance stage.
But when VO issue for PPR/DM, then dependent used to get UCI # other than PA.
It is treated as single client number for universal use for CA.

I got my spouse UCI from GCMS note.
I tried with that on ecas but have not succeeded.

Apu, if the second GCMS note will make you happy and relief your some tension then why not.
I don't find any problem to apply it and CIC doesn't bother why you applied it....

Now you can imagine how many applicants has been handling by VO to issue visas from different category.
Just calculate in general that 3 family members in each application has applied in each category.....

Is there any requirement that credit card holder will be the GCMS requester (Canadian citizen/pr holder)? I have provided the requester information of Canadian citizen and provided my card information for payment but it says "Transaction not approved". What could be the reason?

I have just received an email from manila VO with my name and application number mentioned about the promotion of CIIP and requested to be registered, if I have not registered yet. Mainly this email about the promotion of CIIP and explanation about the usefulness for us

But I already registered CIIP last month. Have you any experience to receive this kind of email from VO after sent the passport to VO.

Dear Brother,
Before made any e-commerce (internet transaction) you MUST inform your card issuing Bank to open the travel quota (TQ) limit for made successful transactions.
