Apu, I can understand your frustration.
As we all know that from frustration there are many logic come into the front of you to make you confuse.

I am not going to defeat your logic however my observation on PR visa process from CIC is same for all. There is no any discrimination from self or agent applied.

So at this stage there is no choice other than we need to wait patiently until their last response.

Wish you all the best..

Thank u bhaiya. Same to you :)

Congratulation Brother...Very Happy for u :D

HI abubakar1006,

That was a quick reply actually, did you send a CSE yesterday morning?

Thanks

Today I received reply of my CSE that I raised yesterday morning. My application is in queue for review. The key points to share with you are:
1. Files in the Federal Skilled Worker are processed in order of receipt, based on the date on which the complete application and fee payment were received in our office.
2. Processing times to finalization may vary depending on the number of new applications received, annual quota and the individual complexity of each application.

Hope this will help you to understand the situation.

Regards,
Abu

I sent my passport by VFS to Singapore VO on 17 May. On the other hand, I received Australia Permanent Residence visa on 18 May. Can you have any idea, is it possible to get citizenship of both country. If possible, how can I achieved. Have any seniors experience to stay in both countries. I have 2 kids below 3 years. Have you any experience which country is better for them.

Hi bhai, you will be hitting double centuries in a few days: first Aus then Can. :)

But the fact is that one has to maintain the PR status first and the concerns of citizenship come later, only after satisfying each country's requirements in order to successfully maintaining the PR status in a 5-year period. Each country demands that a PR holder stays for a certain number of years in that 5-year interval before being eligible for citizenship.

I think it would be quite challenging since it would require you to travel back and forth between two countries costing you money and energy, and making it hard for you and the family to settle down. For example, Aus now has given you a deadline to make the initial entry, whether you go to Canada or not.

Given the above, if you nevertheless manage to obtain citizenship in both countries, you no longer have to visit the country that you do not prefer without losing your status in that country. But before that, holding the PR status is the real challenge.

Exactly, but applicant should be either PR/Citizen or currently residing at Canada. It will cost only 5CAD. I applied through it by my frnd and rcvd already.
