What about your plan for Australia 189 application? If they grant your visa what will you do?

Still now my plan to settle in Canada and apply for Citizenship after 3 years. If I get grant from Australia, then I will try to keep valid my PR card by few short entry there

Thnx for sharing. Wish it becomes true!

Sharing a news from a fb page:
CANADA IMMIGRATION STOPPED CONDUCTING EXPRESS ENTRY DRAW SINCE LAST DRAW HELD ON 17TH APRIL 2015 AND THERE ARE THREE REASONS FOR THIS DECISION(1)FACING BACKLOG OF PREVIOUS APPLICATION FILED BEFORE 31ST DECEMBER 2014(2)TRYING TO MAKE ADJUSTMENT FOR PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM(3)LOOKING TO PROCESS ALREADY EXPRESS ENTRY APPLICATIONS FOR WHICH FIXED SIX MONTH PERIOD PROCESSING TIME
(SO FAR 8491 INVITATION HAS BEEN ISSUED IN 8 DRAWS UNTIL 17TH APRIL 2015)
Why CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) has not made any more draws from Express Entry since April 17th, 2015?
CIC has an annual target number (not a quota, but a rough number only) of immigrants to bring into Canada. For 2015, it is between 260,000 and 285,000. Out of that total rough number, CIC is looking to select about 65% for economic applicants. The initial plan was to select them (roughly 185,000 economic immigrants) via new Express Entry system. So, why has CIC not selected applicants via Express Entry since April 17, 2015?
One of the main problems is the backlog in application processing – those applications were received by CIC until December 31, 2014. CIC anticipates more than 50% of 2015 economic immigrants would be covered by those backlogged applicants. Therefore, in fact, there is less than 90,000 applicants CIC would seek via Express Entry; if you take into account for any provincial nominee programs that are outside of Express Entry system, the number is much less than 90,000 applicants.
Furthermore, CIC anticipates to draw between 15 and 25 times in 2015. If 15 is the more accurate number of draws, then CIC already have done more than 50% of draws – 8 out 15.
Finally, a lot of provinces are still working out how to incorporate their provincial nominee program into Express Entry, such as Ontario.
With all these factors, CIC is cautious as to when to make next draw and how many applicants to invite because they wish to meet their promise of “6 months or less processing time” under Express Entry system.

Hi everyone ;D....One of my colleague was asked to forwd addl docu in March. He had 2nd line updt We started processing.... Now after sending the addl documents in April , now the 2nd line gone :o. It it normal? Are not they satisfied?

Hi bmbsumon,

Congratulation for getting PPR.

regarding your second query, you can write down the application number and applicant name on the envelop. Please note, application no. is same for all that you applied. UCI# is different for individuals.

Brothers, please correct me if I am wrong.

Regards,
Reza

Application sent: Sep-17-14
Applciation Received: Sep-21-14
PER: Jan-7-15
AOR: Feb-9-15
MR: Mar-20-15
RPRF: Mar-31-15
PPR: Apr-08-1

I am sorry. I was wrong. You are right. UCI is different, application no is same. So I just need to write the same application no on all 3 photos envelope. Am I right now?

In my PPR mail, photo specification page is written as appendix A. And the passport details form is Appendix C. Previously, pp details page was appendix A. Moreover, in my 9 page PDF PPR mail, only 2 photos requested without writting anything on the backside of photos. So it is a different type of PPR mail. Anybody receive this type of mail or any reason of such difference????

I submitted my passport on 15 April 2015 and the visa issue date is 6th May 2015..I got my passport back on 14th May 2015

My agent has applied for my GCMS notes yesterday.
He also mentioned that 60% of their applicants haven't been received MR even though some of those got their AOR in 2014.

Let's see what's next...! >:(

Could anyone please let me know that what are the current maximum waiting dates for MR from PER and AOR?

AS PER GLOBAL SS

AVERAGE PER - MR = 98 DAYS
AVERAGE AOR - MR = 62 DAYS

MAXIMUM PER - MR = 224 DAYS
MINIMUM PER - MR = 37 DAYS

MAXIMUM AOR - MR = 177 DAYS
MINIMUM AOR - MR = 35 DAYS
(SOME EXCEPTIONAL VALUES BETWEEN 5-28 DAYS HAS BEEN OMITTED)

AS PER SGVO SS

AVERAGE PER - MR = 99 DAYS
AVERAGE AOR - MR = 60 DAYS

MAXIMUM PER - MR = 224 DAYS
MINIMUM PER - MR = 37 DAYS

MAXIMUM AOR - MR = 196 DAYS
MINIMUM AOR - MR = 35 DAYS
(SOME EXCEPTIONAL VALUES BETWEEN 5-28 DAYS HAS BEEN OMITTED)

ALL THE PEOPLE WHO GOT VISA, RPRF, MR COULD NOT BE INCLUDED AS ALL THE FORUM MEMBERS DID NOT FILLED UP THE SPREAD SHHET PROPER WAY. SO THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS BASED ON THE AVAILABLE DATA.

IN BOTH CASE ONLY THE SGVO APPLICANT HAS BEEN CONSIDERED.

If it is the case what about my MR from Manila, VO?
Although, so far I remember Manila, VO takes 16 months in comparison to SGVO 22/24 months to complete the whole process. Hence, apparently Manila should take less time than SGVO...however already 138 days after AOR passed without having MR request! Can you please shed some thought on it?

Hi Guys,

Can we apply to SINP and NSNP without job offer? If yes, how? Thanks

Faruk bhai,

1. No, there was no agency's name on initial application, but he set corresponding address to his office address, I can see his address when I log in ecas.

2. I will surely share it with forum at no doubt. I was told that he is using a 3rd party's agent's name on the form while taking my sign at authorization form.
Btw... what does the "group reference number" mean and how does it work?

Please bhaiya doa koiren ... ato pera ar shojjo hoy na...

:(

Dear RKSaha bhai... Thank you so much for your information...
It is helping me to hold the nerve for sure...

According to my situation, today i'm on 146 days from PER and 110 days from AOR

If i calculate the maximum time from Global SS data, i got to wait from now on
PER 224-146=78days
AOR 177-110=67days

According to SGvo ss
PER 224-146=78days
AOR 196-110=86days

So I am picking 86 days as the highest available number which will take me to August 12, 2015

I hope this calculation will help me to wait till August 12

Surprisingly, for NOC 2281 last MR was issued to Susan apu back in March 13 which was 66days ago... I cant not understand why they need so many days just issue the next MR request for an another applicant!!!! I'm nowhere talking for my MR but any MR from my NOC... this is a holy crap!!!

i am seriously worrying... as i have applied once back in 2007 from UK then after my graduation I back in BD in 2009. However, they asked me to submit all my documents and I sent all those to LVO in 2010. After some days they replied that they are forwarding my file to SGVO as I moved in BD permanently.. After that I received AOR from SGVO and then there was no update for 3 yrs from SGVO... and on a sudden, one day I came to know that whoever applied before 28Feb 2008 will not be considered to be processed for their application but they will refund their application fee. I received my application fees after 6.5 years of my application... now i again feel that there is no guarantee that they will not do the same again... They are keeping our files in ques and on gray morning I will get a news that they will not process the application who applied before 1st January 2015. (I am really really frustrated dear bro and sis)

Anyway, Thank you so much SKSaha bhai...

+1 for you

Dear Experienced ones,
Can anyone able to enter the link for requesting GCMS notes lately (http://gcmsfile.com/index.html). As whenever, I try to enter “Request for GCMS/CAIPS” the link shows “UNDER MAINTENANCE , come back soon

I know other sites where GCMS can be ordered such as “CAIPS” (http://www.caips.ca/). But, this site required PayPal account which cannot be processed via Bangladesh,

If, this is the situation, how are you ordering GCMS???

Response will be appreciated.

Relax, there won't be any situation like 2008. SGVO normally process application on batch mode as seen from latest experience. So your file isn't in
the batch that got into processing. Hopefully they will pick up speed and touch you file soon.
