Is there any July applicants applied for GCMS notes? I think July applicants are in the most worst condition.

More specifically, July applicants of SGVO. I think a few july applicants has applied for it.... but it won't help you, it will only raise your frustration further. July applicants of SGVO are somewhere in the queue of Singapore or Manilla which you cannot trace. No one knows when the lot will be processed ...

Yes brother, there will be possibility to reject the application due to the below points -
And if VO can cover these check on quickest time then you will get MR+PPR within 60 days time or more from your AOR.....

Background Check by Visa Office


There are total 9 factors that can cause an applicant inadmissible to Canada during background check.

1. Criminality (have a criminal record in any country)
2. Organized Criminality (Org Crime in GCMS Note)
3. Security (failed background checks)
4. Human and International Rights Violation (HIRV in GCMS Note)
5. Health (failed medical exam)
6. Financial Reasons (have less then the minimum settlement funds)
7. Misrepresentation (failed to be truthful during the application or omitted information)
8. Non-compliance with Act (failed to provide any requested information/documents the immigration officer requested or failed to attend a Personal Selection Interview)
9. Inadmissible Family Members (the above reasons for any family member indicated as a dependent on the application form)

Could you pls explain the difference between Security and Criminality?

My GCMS says Criminality: Passed.. Is it because of the PCC I have sent with the initial application?

Mainly, what I want to know is: where does the "traveled countries" check will fall? under Security or Criminality?

Hello everyone,
I want to take 12000 CAD as settlement funds for landing, but as per Bangladesh Bank's law I can take up to $5000 for single travel (I will travel as a single person). How can I take rest of the money for proof of required settlement funds? Thanks for your help (it will be appreciable if you provide me the links in this forum about that or any external links).

You can actually take CAD equiv to USD 7000. Should be more than CAD 8000. you can take the full year quota as long as it is in other currencies and not in USD. For the rest I also am seeking a solution....

I did my Medical on 5th March 2015, My Decision was made on 23 April 2015. I have received my Visa 0n 26th April, Brother!
