Got Passports back [size=30pt]after 135 days of submission!!!!!!![/size]

I submitted my passport on 8th December and have been waiting since then. We got 135 years older during this never ending wait. I send three Customer Specific Enquiry (CSE). First one after 60 days, second one after 90 days, for which I did not receive any reply. We were so frustated. After 115 days I raised the following CSE for the third time.

URGENT:

Dear concerned, I am writing to inquire about the progress of my application for permanent residence under FSWP.

I received instruction for submitting passports of me and spouse on 8th December 2014 and submitted the same on 9th December 2014 which reached your good office on 12th December 2014. I have not received any update since then. I am worried about such delays as the mail stated that this step would take maximum 30 days. I provided the passport immediately after receiving the instruction to avoid any conflict with our other travel plans.

Earlier I sent two inquires against which have not received any specific reply. It’s really upsetting to see that the queries are not being replied even after 115 days. I could not see any update on e-cas since November 2014. Thus sending the same request for a third time.

I would really appreciate your informing me the possible reasons for such delay and time period that you may need to complete the process as we need to plan our personal travel requirements accordingly.

This statistics was also given by me. I was trying to analyze the situation from different angles. From the analyze it is to say that if you are not falling in lucky group of mr 90%, then you are long waiting group of 10% for mr. but mr is sure to come. This is just to keep my mind getting away from tension and feel relaxed.

completed medical at Dr. Wahab's yesterday.
It was plain and simple 1.5 hours process(took a bit longer due to the rush of Saturday).
As we do not have high blood pressure or Diabetics the fees were 3000/ TK each.

Congratulations brother......

A small query, if someone is having Diabetics/blood pressure, will they charge more than 3000 each ?

I don't think charge depends on the diabetics or pressure. For a single person they took like 4000. But for a family they took like 3000 each.

Have a nice day. I am Hasib. I got AOR on 3/3/2015 for SINP skill immigration. My medical done yesterday 18/04/2015. In-sha-allah 1st may I am going to get married. So, I want to add my wife as spouse.

Please suggest me what should I do

1. Should I have to wait for finished my process then I should add her ?
2. what will be the time duration to finish her process approximately?
3. If I add her now then, is it time lean-the for my process or have no any effect on my process?

My suggestion is, you should add your spouse to your application before your application get completed. In fact it is a MUST DO thing, if you do not add or notify CIC about your wife before your application gets completed you will not be even able to sponsor her in future and it may also be considered as an misrepresentation (getting approved as a single where actually you where married at that particular time) due to misrepresentation you may lose your status and get banned from entering Canada. So when you get married during your application process inform CIC and add your wife to your PR application. It may or may not increase the processing times of your PR application depending on which stage your application is. You can avoid delays by sending maximum information/documents of your wife when you notify CIC about your wife (usually delays are related to document request made by CIC.).

Start gathering all the documents in advance and submit it as soon as you get married.

You may send a CSE, but no need to wait for their reply if they takes over a week....Just send below docs....It will suffice....

The below docs are for FSW but I don't know exactly for SINP docs requirement Except Settlement Fund but assume all others will be same....


Forms:
1. Cover Letter stating your changes
2. Generic App form- Principal applicant
3. Schedule A - Background declaration -spouse
4. Additional Family info- Spouse
5. Supplementary -Travels- Principal applicant
6. Fee payment
7. Doc checklist
8. 15-20 marriage Photos


DOCUMENTS
1. Photo-6 copy with 5 copy written name
2. 550 CAD
3. Birth Certificate
4. Passport- Spouse
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Nikahnama (English ver)
7. Settlement fund ( CAD: $13,837 for two persons)- Bank Cert+Statement
8. Police clearance certificate-Spouse
9. All educational docs- spouse (though checklist does not indicate those but recently SGVO asking this to several applicant)

Courier those hard copy docs to VO address:

Don't worry they will not send you any acknowledgement, will update directly to your file.

Did you send anymore docs in Jan, Feb & Mar other than requested docs..? thinking what kind of change they updated..?
