Don't worry. Lol. As soon as u get the PDF file u will read all 50-60 pages in one breath, like everyone does. I lost count of how many times i read my first gcms notes. Lol.

I hope u see in it some due dates for themselves to send u MR, RPRF, etc. I pray for all.

Bhai, is there any impact of due dates in your application?

I have found some due dates 15/10/2015 in GCMS notes. :'( :'(

My sister applied for FSW last december and got her AOR few days back. She is pregnant now. Should this to be informed to CIC before the Medical Thing??

Just paid the DD for RPRF through SCB main branch..

required documents are:

1. Photocopy of generic Application form
2. print out of Schedule of Fees (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/fees/schedule.asp#1)
3. Nikahnama (original + 1 photocopy)
4. Passports ALL
5. PRRF fee payment instruction - Printout of PDF
6. Document submission Instruction -- Printout of PDF
7. MR instruction - Printout of PDF -- all applicant
8. MR completion form -- photocopy --Money receipt from Medical center

SCB will provide 3/4 forms
1. DD request form - 1 copy
2. KYC form - if you are married and you have SCB account then you need to fill only 1 form for your wife with her signature. but if you do not have SCB account then you both have to fillup two KYC forms.
3. Bangladesh Bank foreign money transfer form.

Since your sister has a file/UCI number, she can advise VO/CIC with a medical report about her pregnancy stage at this moment. This will ensure that VO/CIC is aware of an addition to her family at a later date.

If she gets a passport request after her child is born, she will have to inform VO/CIC of child birth, they will extend her deadline for passport submission. She will then have to submit medical for the baby and childs passport along with your sister.

If she gets PR approval before her child is born, I would recommend giving birth in Canada - child will be a Canadian automatically...if this is not possible, she will have to file a dependent sponsorship application ( this process could take 3 to 6 months). She will not be able to take her child to Canada before this can be processed.

Hope above will help you to get an idea...

Hello apu, all the best for your GCMS you know what I noticed in my notes, the VO opens the file once a month, if there is any change they update it. For me the opening dates were 6th March, 8th February, 7th January...
so you see that's why we got so delayed. Those who were lucky to get all their verifications completed moved forward.
Anyway, I pray you get positive answers in your notes.

When you courier your docs via DHL/Fedex etc then use below:

One George Street, #11-01
Singapore 049145

And when you send via govt mail (which is not recommended) then use the second one

Cause in my instruction mail the only address is given is Robinson Road.

Actually i was asking specific instruction like CIC (at application stage two diff addresses for regular mail and courier).
can anyone help?

Also last week at banani DHL i found another two applicant sending documents to robinson road.

My understand is very simple -

Yes DHL/FEDEX can use their mailing address too.
Also can use their actual street address where the private courier service can delivery the parcel.

As I know mailing address use for any government mail service purpose which call post box (P.O.BOX). As you know many company in our country has used before only for P.O. BOX to hiding the actual street address for any parcel or envelop delivery.. etc.

I hope above example will make sense about the difference between both address purpose from VO/CIC from Singapore..
