As you have mentioned that you didn't submit academic docs along with ECA then your file was bound to be rejected. But you received PER. But this is not a guarantee as SGVO will further process it and they can reject your application. CIC had made so many errors that it came to news that i shared in SGVO forum. Main thing is that you understood your mistake and resubmitted. But in your case the highly unusual thing happened. That is your E-CAS status. What i feel is that you can write to SGVO also along-with CIC stating that it's urgent. Inform them about the incident and cover letter. They will fix this i hope.

Last year i got rejection due to not submitting academic docs along with my file. And i know a many cases who got rejection this year too for the same reason. For the first file, There is a strong possibility that SGVO will ask for additional documents since it passed the CIC stage and nowadays SGVO does not reject without giving a second chance.

There shall a way to withdraw file with full refund, expert pls comments on it.

I need this info for before buying the Air tickets. My destination is Calgary but all of the Airlines has the transit either from Toronto or Vancouver-Calgary.
Could anyone please advise, whether I have to do the Landing procedure in Toronto/Vancouver wherever I land first or I can do the procedure in Calgary?

You need to do all landing formalities on first international landing point either Toronto/Vancouver. Then you can take domestic flight to Calagry.

We r among the unfortunate applicants who r waiting for MR...

try to check the status by file number instead of UCI number.
It will be faster and that app will not crash.

Apart from resubmitting a new application I also sent an additional package containing missing docs. So I feel they received the package, based on which issued PER.
Its weird to see that same applicant is under processing twice under same NOC !!!!!

Thanks for the reply. +1 for you. Yeah, hearing the same reply everywhere...not happy about it at all. And also heard that while having transit at China, I will need a transit visa. Well, this is all for a good reason, though.

Right Now I received call from one of my known person who is an immigration consultant.... He received only Medical request of his client today... No RPRF or docs or PPR... His client got PER on 16th October.... NOC 0013.. That means SGVO started working.... :'( :'( :'(
