Has cic contacted her employer? In many cases hr of an organization claim that they do not hire employees outside the major requierement. However in true picture this maynot be real.

chocolate bro,
I asked her if her employers were contacted or not. She replied negative.
They are actually asking for explanation/ proof on Procedural Fairness on Work Exp/education within 30 days. she is working in marketing team and she received many awards for good work.
So can anyone tell me what is explanation/ proof on Procedural Fairness on Work Exp/education ?

Hi,
Simply I understand that her job description/experience didn't match her NOC as well as her education.
For an example - if any one applied for NOC-0111, Financial Managers but worked in the position of “Manager, Corporate Banking” at HSBC, defiantly the Officer responsible for reviewing the application rejected it and supplied a brief explanation for her reasoning. The Officer felt that the job description and tasks for a Manager of Corporate Banking did not match the NOC-0111 requirements even though there were some similarities.
Thanks
Ok now i get it. So there is chance to ask for job description to find eligibility with NOC after being primarily selected.
Thanks a lot.
