Has cic contacted her employer? In many cases hr of an organization claim that they do not hire employees outside the major requierement. However in true picture this maynot be real.

chocolate bro,

I asked her if her employers were contacted or not. She replied negative.

Hi,

From my observation that applicant needs to proof working process by working experience from the company though academic qualification is not match with NOC or job description.

May be it could be -

1. Company organogram chart
2. How many employees are working in the organization that could be important for a HR roles
3. Some evidents of any training conducting to any employee to the organization which is very vital point for a manager role.
4. if she work more than 3~5 years should be received training from company could help her to proof it.
5. As you mentioned she is working in a multinational company, is there any foreign visit to other country office for HR meeting or any training materials could help.
6. Any recognition award from company or any other colleagues from same company.
7. Any social network (like LinkedIn) could help to get some proof of her eligibilities to be in NOC.
etc.

This is just coming from my mind but not sure it will help to you.

Thanks.

Hi,

Simply I understand that her job description/experience didn't match her NOC as well as her education.

For an example - if any one applied for NOC-0111, Financial Managers but worked in the position of “Manager, Corporate Banking” at HSBC, defiantly the Officer responsible for reviewing the application rejected it and supplied a brief explanation for her reasoning. The Officer felt that the job description and tasks for a Manager of Corporate Banking did not match the NOC-0111 requirements even though there were some similarities.

Thanks

Just got the mail from CIIP for the session in Dhaka from 10-12 Feb'15.

Ok now i get it. So there is chance to ask for job description to find eligibility with NOC after being primarily selected.

Thanks a lot.

You are welcome !!

However, procedural fairness requires that an Applicant be given the opportunity to respond to an Officer’s concerns under certain circumstances about job responsibilities and education....

Hey bro
Congratz first of all. Is there any problem doing meds from other country..while visiting like u? nd is it really expensive?

Hi Gurus!

7 of us namely v_i_r_u_s, aendromidous, mcgyver, mfi_faisal, Saikot, selim.hasan, dhakaattitude are stuck at ECAS 2nd line awaiting MR, app received time mostly is 250+ days. The other day I went to talk to my agents to discuss options for CSE & GCMS for a clearer picture however they scared me away by mentioning a case where They raised a CSE whereupon CIC/SGVO declined a file by cutting 2 points from work experience despite having passed the initial processing (and thereby lapsing his/her entire processing fee of CAD 550/applicant).

Now that we "The Lucky 7" are stuck for a while now what are the probabilities of fatal 'point cutting' and declining our application?

Yes you can apply as principal applicant in EE, but your wifr's FSW14 will be processed earlier since she already got AOR

This is an open query to all members. First i will explain a situation for which the question came to my mind.

"One of my known person recently shared an experience. He and his wife applied under FSW 2014 where his wife is the main applicant. She applied under NOC . She completed her bachelors and masters from business administration and now working in a renowned company of Bangladesh. She received her AOR at around mid of October 2014. After that, she received a mail from SGVO which is her local VO to explain further her Job Description and submit more proof on her eligibility of being selected in the mentioned NOC as they found her education and her desired NOC does not match." :o :o :o

Now my question is, what does this proof mean? I have to have Business degree to work in any field of Business, i might not have a Marketing major to work as Marketing person. At least in Bangladesh, we do not need it.

I am kinda worried as i am also a business graduate without majoring in the subject of my applied NOC.

Please help.

Dear brother,

Let me start with a common example. More than 90% of us graduate from one subject but do job which is not related to our subject. For example, a person that i know of has done Masters in Islamic Studies but he is doing Job as Software developer. My friend graduated from Communication Engineering but doing a job as Software Test Engineer. So i think in your friend's wife's case same thing has happened. Based on your query this is my opinion. So i think your friend's wife should provide all the necessary docs to back her NOC. She should also let them know about the accolades she received for her work. She should not panic. I wish for her success.

In the global SS froum name "mdgr" from Bangladesh whose VO is Singapore has been refused though he has per and aor. Do u have any idea why he has got rejected?
