Dear Expert

I am writing to seek your valuable advice about my ECA. I am explaining my history problem. Please share your experience if you have such.

1. I ordered my ECA to WES on September 11, 2014.
2. I sent my academic sealed transcript and cerificate on 20 Sept 2014
3. My online status was showing as "waiting for the verification from institution" for one month
4. I mailed them several times, and got a reply as, "We have sent a postal mail to your university for verification, you contact with your university."
5. I contacted my university but still no mail recieved from WES
6. WES again said, if you want us to resent your verification using express mail. pay another 100$. they you can track the mail and contact with your institue.
7. Last week again I paid 100$ and asked them the track number so that i can contact with my university. But no reply or track number got from WES.

Please help me about the next step. I am hoping to call WES today, but i as know , it is too hard to reach them by phone.

WES used to send email only to Educational institution for verification (No postal) when I have done mine back in May. My universities just replied their email.
They are sending postal mails now to institutions!!! That's weird! It's gonna make the whole process very late/ slow! I wonder why they changed the process to manual!! :////

At this moment I am wes phone line. the automatic answering machine said me to wait 45 min. it is about 15 min gone. Anyways, did you send your verified document the same way as certificate sent, or if my university send email to them is it ok?

My uni sent those doc via DHL and i had to borne the cost as well. If you can manage to send email or fax, that should be alright.

40-45 minutes of waiting time is normal for WES.

One of my friends got visa today..He is from 2014 group.
PP sent on 23rd Nov 2014 with PCC and Med
ECas updated decision made on 8th Dec
PP collected on 11th Dec 2014.

Thanks zstream, I know that, my self calculated point is 72 but I'm not sure how much point SGVO has actually considered for me. Is there anyway of knowing that?

Some of the public universities do not allow email correspondence for verification and that's why they send postal mails.

After 32 min later, I got an agent. She said that, today they will send again the verification document to my university and send the tracking number to my email.

Anyway, I am also going to verify my wife's credential. Next Sunday, I am going to send her sealed document to WES. She is from University of Dhaka. Do you have any suggestion to avoid this situation for her?

Please make sure that registrar/controller whoever signs, put his email address and fax number in the top page where you put your reference number.

Currently my uni is providing feedback in emails....

i have sent email to Singapore visa office about my newborn child on 4 Nov 2014 through case specific enquiry and i got automated email confirming their receipt of acknowledgement. but i have received AOR on 9 Dec 2014. Should i email Singapore visa office again now as they didn't ask me for any documents still now. plz give us expert's opinion.

If they have not replied by this time, you may send another enquiry as you got your aor mail now.

They will must response as they clearly mentioned to contact with them for below changes

When should I contact CIC?
You must notify CIC of any changes to your application. Examples of changes include:
• Changes in your personal circumstances, such as birth or adoption of a child, a marriage or a divorce
• Change of contact information (e-mail, mailing address, telephone number)
• Appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual
• Decision to withdraw your application

Thanks for the update but you see it is important. In the middle of the process my spouse has to be abroad with her parents for some crucial surgery for 3 months starting December. I am awaiting MR and probably will not be able to have her here for the medical tests. I suppose this also indicates that she won't be flying with me for the first time and will have to be processed later.

My self calculated point is 72 & I claimed 5 points for her sibling in Canada and this will put me on the margin (if not below it). I talked to my agents (SA Associates) to which they said visa officers in certain cases alike take it as an anti-trust issue and close the file. Now I am pretty worried that all my effort & money may go in vain and would have to resume for FSW 2015. Appreciate your open ideas toward light.

Your spouse can send MR separately from abroad. This should not be a problem.

They gave me 30 days time frame for Medical and 60 days for RPRF and Passport.

Pray for each other and I am specially praying for Ashif Bhai. Who is waiting long time for good news.
