Hi,

1. Original bank statement will work as PoF or do I have to make a notarized copy of it as they asks for copy.

2. Should I have to provide loan certificate as proof of liability? Do I have to notarize it or original will work?


3. Again loan certificate does not reflect the current due, it only says till last tax payment the amount of dues? Should I mention the amount specified in certificate as liability or the amount due as of date which does not reflect in the certificate.


4. For blank spaces in Economic classes Schedule 3 form in question 12B can I keep the unused rows blank or do I have to write "N/A".

5. In Supplementary Information – Your travels (IMM 5562) Should I keep the unused rows blank or write "N/A" when I checked "did not travel" checkbox

6. In IMM5669E in number 7 say class 5 to 8 studied in one school then should I write the type of certificate as "N/A" {As from 5 to 8 you don't get any certificate}

I have not sent medical receipt with Passport , RPRF , PCC. Is that will be a problem ?

I have not seen any instruction like that to attach Medical Result. Moreover at medical mail below statement is written

""Once your medical has been completed the doctor will forward the medical
results to CIC.""

Please suggest.

Why you need to send medical receipt? In my case also I send without that. Did ur ECAS updated regarding medical? Not yet for me.

I received AOR on 9th Dec and then again sent a specific query regarding addition of new born. They replied these files need to send again.

You will be required to submit the following documents in order to add your child to your application:

- a letter explaining how your family composition has changed and requesting that your child be added to your application
- processing fee for the child (if accompanying you to Canada)
- an IMM8 application form and Family Information Form filled in for the child
- updated IMM0008 Generic and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse
- notarized copy of the child’s birth certificate
- copy of your child’s valid passport
- two recent passport-size photographs of your child according to the specifications

Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required.

Not yet ECAS Updated. Dr Wahab's Clinic said it is already uploaded. I have done medical on 6th Dec , 2014.

I am a 19 September applicant, mode of payment is DD.

I quarried with my bank today. But it has not been charged yet.

How long it will take? Getting worried though I know I have to wait more 20 - 30 days.

Hello to all
CIC has rejected my form due to invalid payment form (credit Card got deactivated). Immediately I resend the payment information form with new credit card details but CIC already sent my document back on 31st October which I still did not receive.
Now the only way to do is gather all documents and fill all forms and send them by this month.
The problem which I am facing is:
I need a new set of IELTS report my IDP center is close after googling i found this link which state I can send report to CIC directly

I am 9th June applicant got PER on 3rd October but still got no AOR! Is not enough time passed already to get any Yes or NO meanwhile? I submitted BC of 16 digit as got from DCC in 2008 but may be at present they are supplying 17 digit ID no of brth ID ehich is verfiable by online.Do I need to contact to dhaka city corporation again or that is invalid? is it any cause of being late? I am also thinking about not to send copy of my old hand written passport as I have MRP. Is it also a delaying factor? I can't think any other point. What should I do? Plz give me expert opinion. thanks
