It means Singapore got 064 PER and started 14 application and send MR to 13.

My husband has applied for FSW2014 under NOC 2171 application received on 7th May'14 and Alhamdulillah our we got PER on 11th Sep-14. Now status showing application process start on 24th Oct-14.

Question 1: when we can expect for medical request date/month?
Question 2: how many month or days take from medical request to passport request?

From Dec'14 to March'15 I will be in India for my mother health purpose.

please help me to have idea so that I can work on it. :

Send an enquiry using the below link & also ask them whether you should do an upfront medical or not as you will be in India. Do inform that you will be in India & the purpose of visiting India. They will let you know.
