Normally our format is "Exact translated photocopy / Exact photocopy of original" as per the document and then Signature space and then the details of the Advocate along with red seal of Notary public. Don't you hav any seal wz these info? Then how ur documents are notarized? And u made us confused as well. Though bd docs r notarized in this way. It is formated.
2nd thing if u think u did a mistake then still u can talk wz ur shipper (fedex/dhl/tnt) by whom u sent the docs as it still might be in transit n not handed over to them yet.
We need an expert opinion on BD notarized system

Sorry for making u confused.

Yes, The advocate did the exact translation along with red seal of Notary public, provided details of the advocate in the translated copy.

But as per the instruction Guide (IMM 7000) I can see there r 2 more things required

1. an affidavit from the person who completed the translation
2. a certified copy of the original document >> in the bangla copy it is needed to mention that "“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”

Please correct me If I am wrong

But in another way I am senior to you in waiting .. as I submitted application in 2008 , which CIC removed from system and I came to know same in 2012.

So I am waiting since 2008 ...

Mate,

I have gone through the same situation like you. We did medical last week at Dr. Wahab's place.My wife was 16 weeks pregnant at that time and we did the x-ray too since we planned the baby to be born in canada. After studying a lot through the web and discussing with other family doctors we came with this decision.

We informed the radiologist regarding this and he assured us that he will use the lowest possible radiation for her x-ray and used a lead shield too. Hope things went good over that.

Now we are waiting for the rest of the processing and expecting it will go smoothly and fast. Hope our taken minimal risk will bring good for our upcoming baby.

+1 for you bro. Hope that my process go as smooth as yours have. But what happens if the baby is born after PPR and before getting the visa? wont it complicate the process?

Require following documents:
Passport of all
Fee request letter
IMM0008 -Copy
Previous FDD application form (if any)
Medical Money receipt
Marriage Certificate
They will make the copy of all.

Just go to STd Cht Bank at Gulshan. Tell at the reception that you want to make the DD. They will ask you if you have any acct there. As you don't have, they will give you 03 forms to fill up. It is very easy to fill up.Then report to counter No. 14

At counter No. 14, they will ask you to submit following papers:

a. PPC of Passports of You & Your Spouse [if you are married]. Take the original Passports also.
b. Copy of Nikahnana [In English]
c. PPC of Main Application Form which you initially submitted to CIC.
d. PPC of Medical payment slip.
e. PPC of Medical forms [1017] as sent to you from SGVO.
f. RPRF letter from SGVO. As your form is blank [without your name], the concerned person at counter will make unnecessary trouble. So put your details in that letter & print it. [If you don't understand, just send me a PM].

Total charge [CAD 980 + their service charge] will be around BDT 72000/=

They will provide you the DD within 01 hour. Try to go early in the morning.

I guess:

1.Blood (Hemogram, HIV, and VDRL)
2.Urine
3.Chest x-ray (mainly to diagnose TB)
3.Ophthalmic exam (eye test)
4.Diabetics (may be)

i am a Civil Engineer & i want to apply in the federal skilled program & i am worried about the Proof of Funds.
i don't have enough cash to show the necessary amount in papers.
Is it possible that my uncle who is a Canadian Citizen can sponsor my Proof of Funds or show a doccument that he will arrange my accomodation ?

No brother, it is not acceptable by CIC...you must have the fund in your own A/C or in Fixed deposit of your own name....only your spouse's money can be count as your own proof of fund...

another thing is it takes really long time to prepare fully for FSW. Have you done your Credential Assessment and IELTS already? because only Credential assessment via WES requires average 2 months to complete...if FSW 2014 ends at December 2014 then may be you don't have enough time for this... But a few people says that it would extend till april of next year...in that case you can start taking preperation.
