So far I know grading is required for student visa purpose, and the evaluation of equivalency is required for immigration. CIC will not assess your grade points to give you points. How much education year you have studied is the main concern for immigration.

My application was submitted on 19-08-2014. From the spreadsheet I can see my application is still at CIO. Can anyone tell me how much longer do I need to wait for them to start processing? Thanks

The spread sheet is maintain by the forum users. I hope you understand it by now. CIC is currently processing early september application for CC charged and sending PER for august applications. If you used Credit card check if your application fee is charged or not. If used demand draft check with the bank.

With due respect I would like to inform you that I have sent my FSWP application 1114-other financial officers to Nova Scotia which was received on 09 June,2014 at 12.52 but still i am not notified.
I made a query to cic.....but it gave me some link which asks some tracking number.
My application is not returned to my address nor the payment is charged?
what can i do?

Again, I have now another problem. I have given my sister's credit card number(commonwealth bank, sydney). But some fraud advertisement company is taking money from it as she has given the card number and cve to the company. So she wants to change the card. But my payment to cic suppose to be done by that card. How can I change the payment system to cic now?

Again, if i am not eligible how and when will I be informed?

Plz make it clear to me.....am i rejected?

Guys need help!

I sent my application 2 days back. Today I found that I did a mistake!

I gave the translated and notarized copy of my marriage certificate (usually this is how notaries are done in BD) but didn't give "an affidavit from the person who completed the translation" also didn't mention "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document” in the certified true copies as mentioned the instruction

I am worried because in the instruction doc it is mentioned that any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation;
a certified copy of the original document.

Please note that my spouse is the Primary applicant and I showed my bank balance.

Will it cause any harm or should I addendum the certificate now as per the instruction?

Normally our format is "Exact translated photocopy / Exact photocopy of original" as per the document and then Signature space and then the details of the Advocate along with red seal of Notary public. Don't you hav any seal wz these info? Then how ur documents are notarized? And u made us confused as well. Though bd docs r notarized in this way. It is formated.
2nd thing if u think u did a mistake then still u can talk wz ur shipper (fedex/dhl/tnt) by whom u sent the docs as it still might be in transit n not handed over to them yet.
We need an expert opinion on BD notarized system
